Completely hassle free experience. Being elderly I was very concerned that the money paid would disappear into space due to so many scammers being around. Balba was superb in the advice he gave me, the speed in which the S700 mobility scooter arrived in just a few days and the fact that he was always available to speak to at any time. I highly recommend this company for being true to their word and having such a friendly approach to their customers. One very happy lady - thank you so much. 😊

I’ve bought a Scooter from smart mobility and I’m over the moon with it two men deliverd it and put it together took all rubbish away and made sure I was ok with it following day I had a phone call from the shop they asked if I was ok with thscoooter and explained who to charge the batteries. Out of the number of Mobility Companies that I called that day Balba was the only one who took the time to find out my parent’s requirements and tailor the scooters to suit.
Stock was checked swiftly, and delivery time were accurate.
Walked us through the whole process down to the extra's required to make my father's Baja go the extra mile's he required.
The Baja was delivered, assembled and commissioned at their home, such a great service.
The level of knowledge Balba has in this field is exceptional, such a nice guy.

Excellent service from a very good seller. Lachella contacted me by telephone to ask me how I was getting on with the scooter to me is above and beyond. The Freerider FR1 is a great no-frills mobility scooter. Which is a good thing for this old codger
I would recommend this product to anybody. One downside is that The key is the same key that fits all FR1’s but this is the same with all mobility scooter brands. I just purchased a motorbike chain and padlock. All this for a very reasonable price

the experience dealing with smart scooter was first rate and the advice given for better use is very useful

I cannot praise this company too much they helped me get the best scooter for my needs and although I had a problem with the first one( not there fault) they personally brought me the new scooter showed me how it worked and took the other one away.

Very happy with my Pride colt sport also the guy was very knowledgeable on the product and the service was A1 AS HE made delivery quick and I'm very pleased to have gone there.

Very good service. Excellent product. Balber was very helpful ,talked me through my options, even found me a better scooter. I would highly recommend him. I even got a phone call about how to charge the batteries properly. That is what you call customer service.

When I rang and asked if Smart Mobility could get me a mobility scooter, before taking any details I was asked if I would answer a few questions first. I was asked my weight , was it for shopping short or longer journeys and how my disability effected me. After a lengthy discussion I was given invaluable advice as to the type of scooter that would suit my needs best. A couple of models were suggested and I was able to take time to investigate the one I felt was for me. At no time was I put under any pressure to purchase any particular model. I rang the next day and spoke to Balber again and explained my choice and he took my order.
My scooter was delivered yesterday by an engineer and the service I received was excellent.
