Had our alarm system serviced. The job executed was professional, quick and friendly.

The system was ok for 5-6 months. Since then it is continuously giving problems. It took more than 3 months for them to attend it. Again after servicing the CCTV system, it was working only for just about 3 months and gone OFFLINE now.
I’m struggling to get hold of them now.

Update Feb 2023:
After 2 years of using the company for various issues and recommending to many others, the quality of service has declined. Similar feedback from friends who used them and originally recommended to me. They have got more work now in London. Email or text response is very slow. Not the same company like before. Avoid if you are living far from their work area or their home

Never thought an alarm installation could be so straightforward. Jo was very knowledgeable about alarm products and clear and patient in his instructions on how to operate the systems. Home security can make one very paranoid, but having confident individuals such as Jo doing the installation left us feeling reassured. Moreover, the company offers 1 year warranty on their products for that extra piece of mind.

It was nice and clean install by jo. Overall I am impressed with the product.
