I have received the replacement frame
I have received the replacement frame, and I must say I’m very satisfied with the quality this time. The frame looks perfect, fits well, and feels durable.
Also, I really appreciate the way your customer service team handled my concern — from approving my warranty claim to arranging the replacement. Special thanks for the clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
Overall, I’m happy with the resolution and will definitely recommend SmartBuyGlasses for both product quality and excellent after-sales support.
