Not very happy
Not very happy. Got stopped at the sky stand. The advisor Raj stopped me and asked if I wanted free add ons not telling me that they were free for 2 months. I didn’t ask for the add ONS as I’m keeping to a budget but raj just put them on and when I got home I noticed a email saying thank you for adding content. I would let people know not to stop for raj as all he cares about is badgering to get a sale.

Risposta di Sky - Telford Shopping Centre, Telford
Hi there,
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I can completely understand how frustrating it must be when you're trying to stick to a budget and find that services have been added to your account that you weren't expecting.
It's disappointing to hear that you left the conversation with the impression that the full details of the offer weren't made clear. I can appreciate why receiving an email confirming additional content had been added would come as an unwelcome surprise, especially if it wasn't something you felt you had agreed to.
I understand your concerns, and it's important that customers feel fully informed about any products or offers being discussed so they can make the right decision for their circumstances.

Thanks,
