Sky’s poor customer service

Sky arranged for Openreach to complete our broadband installation but Openreach failed to keep the appointment.
We were only able to complain online via a BOT and are unable to speak to a real person to establish when Openreach might call. Left hanging

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can appreciate how frustrating it must be to set time aside for an installation appointment, only for the engineer not to attend and then be left without clear information on what happens next.

I also understand how disappointing it can be when you're trying to get an update and feel unable to speak with someone directly about the missed appointment and when the installation may be rearranged.

We were served by Malika. Excellent service, we really enjoyed talking to her and she explained everything very well. Have us all the financing options and wisely advised us on what's best for us. We would strongly recommend her for her unbiased and trustworthy service
