Sky - Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre, Gillingham Recensioni 

Visited Sky retail store at Hempstead Valley in Gillingham Kent today as needed to switch from Virgin Media. Massive thanks to Ian who was so incredibly helpful, he went well above and beyond giving us information about everything we needed to know and more to help with our unfortunate issues and he set us up with a great Sky package. Sky should reward him ! Thanks Ian, it was a pleasure to have met you.

Terry was very patient and gave us lots of options, and we left with a package we were happy with. Thanks Terry!

Terry was very helpful and polite and ran through everything with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy which some sales people are.

Only downside was sitting in direct sunlight while getting it all sorted. Need to move the stand or put some covers up to block. It's quite uncomfortable.

Terry was fantastic today, super knowledgeable, helpful and made the process of setting up my new package super simple.

We visited the sky stand at Hempstead Valley today
We were greeted by Neil who asked us what provider we had and what we required , he explained the various options in detail, based on our preferences
The Sky package we chose had more channels and the broadband was faster and saved us money each month
We signed up to Sky, with Neil explaining everything in detail for us
Jenny then assisted us as were referred to Sky by a friend , she to was so helpful
We received great customer service from Neil and Jenny, even though they were extremely busy with customers
My only issue was the weather was hot and sunny and the shopping centre didn’t have air conditioning
I was aware that there were no fans to help cool customers or staff at the stand
I think with the temperatures we are experiencing lately a fan is a necessity
