Excellent Customer Service and Quality Products
Although one of the bottles was broken upon delivery, SKS immediately replaced it.

The shipping was really fast!
Everything was packed correctly and shipping was much faster than before. I was impressed! However, the box was broken and the UPS personnel had to tape it over.

I have been ordering from sky for close…
I have been ordering from sky for close to 20 years, and have never had a problem. This packaging issue is a negative change.
The order was very poorly packed, coupled with the angry UPS driver, the order was damaged. We rely on the boxes for storage, and they are damaged. Plus, lip balm tubes were scattered in the driveway.

Boxed partially open in transit
Of the three cases that I ordered, one had been crushed in transit. Enough to split open most of one corner of the cardboard box. It looks as if the flimsy plastic bag was just enough to keep the disk caps inside. I know the shipper was the reason, but now you know. Perhaps if you're going to continue to use this shipper, consider using stronger plastic liners.

Account Update: No Notifications‼️
I haven’t ordered in a long time due to pass experience with the customer service but alas, I decided to re-order containers for an upcoming event. I couldn’t get into my account but after solving that I changed my billing & mailing info. Apparently it wasn’t updated/reset because my package was sent to my old address in another state! After calling to explain the urgency & issue,the rep explained that I would have to pay for ground shipping. No notification was sent that the package was delivered via phone etc. Despite my explaining the lack of time based my upcoming event. Very disappointing & I’m now stuck without my products for a pop up event that I heavily invested in💔
