Terrible customer service
I buy from SKS for over 10 years. My last subscription shipment even if placed on the SAME order was sent to 2 separate address.. being one $273.60 and the other $93.86. I was charged shipping and even after many years never requested anything and several emails to customers service, they could not manage to give me credit on my shipping charges. Not too friendly services after considering the thousands of dollars I spent every year. Very disappointed.

Our standard policy is that free shipping is only eligible for single orders shipping to one address. We have provided you with a credit towards future orders for the shipping on one order. We will offer a credit for the shipping on the second order as well for this incident, but we do request that you confirm your subscription order address and dates match so that they automatically receive the free shipping moving forward.
