Easy to access with a mixture of online learning and practical skills in a face to face training day. Knowledgeable teachers who taught and assessed both sensitively and supportively.

First Aid refresher training very well delivered and new content and equipment sessions

The tutor was excellent in his delivery of the first aid course and was through in his knowledge of subjects brought up in the tutorial - excellent.

The trainer (Emma) was friendly but extremely knowledgeable. She covered all the areas required and tailored the training to those us that were attending the course.

The instructor was very easy to listen too and made the learning enjoyable.

Ross was a great tutor. He made the day enjoyable, and by the end of the course, we felt well equipped as first aiders.

Everybody was encouraged to participate and I feel that this is the best way to make somebody more confident and willing to use the skills they have learned.

St John ambulance course itself was good and although trainer was knowledgeable, I found to be unprofessional in personal information and and completely off point and subject of the course. This was very frustraiting and time wasting.
