While being at the pub for an hour we only received our starters.

In the meantime while waiting we had people smoking in the pub and fire doors being left open by chairs serious health and safety issue.

Still waiting for mains to be served.

The food ok and service ok but the toilets are not ok! At least two missing their locks ! The first door to the actual toilets has not been painted in years by the look of it and it is filthy and worn out . Then further in line I said the actual toilets have missing or unworking locks. Generally scruffy and unclean. They say check the toilets before you eat there, wish I had !

Went to the collingtree part of this chain had one table of 12 people and shit the kitchen because they were so ‘busy’ mean while my daughter myself and my wife were told it would be at least an hour wait on food. Never been so disappointed it’s 1pm on a Thursday crikey if you can’t handle a group of 12 and also serve the other tables I would suggest don’t take the large booking??? #worstpubawards #nomanagement #musttryharder

Arrived at Three Blackbirds around four fifteen, no one at bar had to wait and when she did there was a huge huff. We sat not an issue, but then I went to the bar to order, long wait and the server again gave attitude. When the food arrived my daughters food was burnt, so much she had to remove it by cutting it off. When waitress came and we told her no reaction, not even an oh sorry!

Tuesday night not busy. Ordered food at 19:13 Chichester order at 18:15 and saw told it was just coming out from the kitchen. Plates very hot food very cold. 3rd meal arrived 10 minutes later again after it was chased. Staff could not care less. Less than poor service. Don’t go during the week even if you have a discount. Given a full refund. Left and went to a local chip shop. Where the food was hot and only waited 10 mins

Jubilee in they should just call it another vape shop went out for a good night but left due to the amounts of clouds of vape being blown over me.

Andrea( the duty manager ) four in hand hull ,shouting in customers face which the whole pub could hear about seating in a disabled wheelchair at which point they left visibly upset unacceptable and un called for behaviour

We visited the friendly forester in Bridlington today, we had a table booked for 1pm the service was abysmal the staff where downright miserable and the food was cold and unappetising I would never go again

Portion sizes are getting smaller!
I ordered a Greek Burger and complained when there 1 flake of gyros style chicken topping.
The reply from the kitchen was a normal portion is 35 grams chicken.0

Went to the Henry Bobingtons in Swinton Bolton Road this evening. Absolutely fantastic fresh well cooked food and plenty of it. All the staff were happy to go out of their way to help especially Olivia behind the bar as well as the young lady serving the restaurant unfortunately didn't get her name but realy all the staff behind the and the kitchen staff well done. Great team. 👍

No salt !! Surely they can pop to local shop to buy some if didn’t have any ??

used a groupon voucher,still cost a fair bit, tried to pass off normal pepsi for pepsi max,food took 90 minutes and came cold, mushrooms tasted of soap!!and expertly microwaved to death! main course of thinly sliced chicken (supposed to be skewered chicken breast),cold and layed on vegtable "stodge",suposed to come with rice so ordered some chips as well , no rice but over salted chips and some cheesey garlic bread with green stuff again horrible.The best bit was the rudeness of front of house manager NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS CHAIN

Booked an table at Eastfield Arms for me and wife, long queue at bar so used the app to order, waited over thirty minutes before assisted told us we would be waiting an hour, no where does it say this in the bar, after hard day at work to be sat around for something to eat….disgusting service and behaviour

Waggon and Horses, Hucclecote in Gloucester - always good food at reasonable prices. The recent refurb is lovely and manager and staff always pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast in particular is spot on. Keep up the great service and thanks.

Went in for a spur of the moment meal on Boxing Day, to the Bryncoch inn, neath, the pub was packed but Sam (waitress from Birmingham) was very accommodating & found us a nice table, food was delicious & our cocktails were perfect, made by Sophie… thankyou both & happy new year!!!

Wheatsheaf Inn Upton, lovely person greeted us and showed us to our table, the waitress was excellent and the meal was good.

Overall really great experience at the rosette in Scarborough, the team were polite and pleasant and the food was tasty and hot, can't fault it thanks
