Customer service was quick and helpful. Vehicle was neat and pretty new. Late drop off facility was very convenient. If they can match pricing with local providers, would been greater.

Having been a sixt customer for many years and used them all over the world, it's sad to say I won't be using them again. We had booked back in Sept for our pick up today in Hobart only to arrive morning of pick up and be told our 10 day reservation had been cancelled and offered no concession. With our holiday on the rocks and wanting more info, the staff told us that the company had been canceling 100s of bookings due likely to incorrect pricing being offered online. We had received no notification and were suddenly faced with 4 times the cost if we wanted to rent another vehicle. We hadn't budgeted for this! Again, no flexibility or concession offered at all by sixt. In my experience, if you make a mistake with pricing as a business you wear it. You dont simply cancel a booking that had been held for 3 months and leave your customers screwed. We were luckily able to find a car with another provider for the following day but, as we needed a car today we were stuck paying $360 for 1 day car use at sixt. They really had us over a barrel. I would not advise booking with this sixt. The staff were helpful but really nothing they can do if this toxic business practice comes from corporate. Again, shame for sixt as they lost a good customer today

I would like to give some positive feedback towards the staff who served my wife on 11th January at the Sydney domain car park SIXT car and truck rental NSW AU. We did not get her name but she stayed back after hours to help arrange a hire car while we were dealing with insurance at the same time. I think there were two staff members who stayed back. It was extremely stressful for us. I wanted to make special mention to the staff who had already closed for the day but went above and beyond after their shift to ensure that my wife got home safely across the state. I would really appreciate if the head office was aware of how she helped us, and if you could somehow let her know how appreciative we are.
