It was a great experience as I did not have to wait for car even for a minute. It was fast service. The server was friendly and well spoken. He made sure I understand everything and answered all the questions i asked with proper explanation. He was professional at what he was doing.

The drop-off was extremely convenient, taking only two minutes, allowing me to proceed to my flight on time. I requested a 7-seater vehicle because I have a larger family; everyone enjoyed the ride. Additionally, I ordered the car I plan to buy next, so everyone had a positive impression of the test drive.

Excellent customer service from rental agent who personally took me up to the rental car and showed me the after hours return procedure.

Car drove a drram, making a country day trip easy.

Only disappointment was returns staff noting the car was dirty outside, which it was not. Luckily I had video and photos of the rental car which I have sent to Sixt.

The process was very easy and the staff especially pricella made it better

I hired a car in Perth and was quoted 1705.94AUD for 15 days (I have a rental agreement that states this) but they have charged me 1750.53AUD even though the car was retuned early and they told me I'd only be charged for 14 days. Emails and phone calls don't get any responses

It was easy to come in the office and the boys greeted us and we didn't wait that long. They viewed our car, it wasn't the one we wanted or the one that they displayed at first but they updated one for us and it was in good perfect condition.
