I have been buying cars with Sinclair Volkswagen Bridgend for over 35 years. I have always found them to be reliable. Over that time the staff have without exception been helpful, courteous, with consideration for the car I am looking for, and with a thorough knowledge of the cars I have bought. In my experience the after sales service is also very good indeed. I will continue to deal with them

Picked up a Brand new car with fault.
Picked up a Brand new car, and when there was a fault within 30 mins of picking up car, was told it might not be covered by the guarantee.
Also told, I shouldn't jump to conclusion, so it was upto me to get tyres checked as I could have got a puncture.
I did take it to a tyre company who did offer 'customer service' found it was a faulty valve, fixed that & checked other 3 tyres.
So for £17.50 you get service, BUT, for
£23,250.00 you dont.

Fantastic staff
Friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile, Leon was excellent, and Gareth Downes was on hand and ensured we were treated well, the lady on reception made a nice coffee with a Welsh cake as a bonus, pain-free, excellent experience, highly recommend this garage. A friendly, relaxed environment with no pressure sales.

Amazing customer service
The whole experience from walking in the door at Volkswagen Bridgend was amazing. Being greeted by a friendly receptionist to being partnered to my amazing salesperson Leon. His patience and listening skills helped find me my perfect car.
