Adam was great from the first phone call I made inquiring about a car to the end when I purchased car nothing to much trouble a great person,everything about the garage was good first class.

Extremely courteous showroom staff who listened keenly to my requirements and answered my questions in a way I could understand. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted and it was shown to me in immaculate condition. The test drive and sale were carried out in a professional and easy to follow manner by Joe Kelly. A top drawer experience!

Not really Sinclair group issue but more of a Skoda brand on handover of a new vehicle .A small token of a Skoda branded item to show gratitude of purchasing one of their cars would have been nice touch such as a mug or bottle etc.Little things go a long way..

I purchased a new Skoda Superb from Sinclair Skoda which I had seen advertised on Autotrader. They could not have made the process easy or simpler. I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesman. They also arranged truck delivery of my car to my home 200 miles away at a reasonable cost. I just love my new car.

No pressure sales representative ensured we could make a leisurely decision about buying new or a used car. When we eventually decided everything went well with the handover of a part exchange car and our replacement.

Couldn't ask for better, we 'built' our own car with the aid of a sales executive back in June. Took three months to arrive (which is currently normal) Took ownership last week dealing with another sales executive, once again a very good, pleasant and detailed experience. Admittedly we have been buying from this dealer since 2016 so our view is biassed but only in a very good way.

Good communication throughout our purchase, fair exchange price and clarity throughout from very helpful staff. This is the third time we have dealt with Sinclair Skoda, very happy.

From the start i was provided with right information and guidance, I didn’t feel pressured by the sales person -Martin B and they respected my preferred way of communication.I received a clear advice on the PCP and and comparison benefits disadvantages between buying a new car or used one for me to make a decision.The actual purchase process seemed seamless. The servicing plan and smart care options were offered to me and again I didn’t feel pressured to purchase those. Overall the experience was very good, Martin was friendly approachable and professional.He is an asset to Swansea unit/shop. Oh and I really appreciated him showing me and setting /linking my phone to the car.
