Helpful, Friendly and Expedient
Dealt with Robert.C throughout the full purchase of an approved used vehicle. Polite, friendly and transparent through the full process. I enquired to view, test and purchase on very short notice and he did everything to make it happen with minimal fuss.
Fantastic service all around and would highly recommend Sinclair Swansea.

Excellency at every stage of my car purchase!
Extremely courteous showroom staff who listened keenly to my requirements and answered my questions in a way I could understand. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted and it was shown to me in immaculate condition. The test drive and sale were carried out in a professional and easy to follow manner by Joe Kelly. A top drawer experience!

I would highly recommend Sinclair Skoda and the Sinclair group. I have just picked up my third Skoda Kodiaq from them and their service is testament to how good there quality of sevice and staff if. I have dealt with Ryan over the years and will continue to use him in the future. He is simply an excellent member of their staff and an excellent individual. He is a pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and really knows the product and his customers. Personal service is top and I trust him implicitly when dealing with him and the dtaff as a whole at the Sinclair Skoda garage. The service desk and sevice are also excellent as is the body shop. The staff and service are top.
