Hay on Wye Branch 👍
Visited the Hay on Wye branch for an MOT. My vehicle passed with flying colours assisted by the regular servicing carried out with them. They even gave it a complimentary wash.
Staff were friendly and helpful, as always. The waiting facilities were very comfortable with drinks and biscuits readily available. The entire showroom had a serene atmosphere that gave a good impression of the staff and company.
A good experience all round. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at the Hay on Wye…
Fantastic experience at the Hay on Wye dealership. From the moment I first made contact about a Defender the tram have been exceedingly helpful, polite and accommodating.
James dealt with my many queries patiently and knowledgeably. Hand over was a dream and post sale support has been superb.
So much so I will continue to make the 2 hour round trip to the Hay on Wye branch rather than use my local brach which os less than 5 miles away

Excellent Service
Required extended diagnostics over a few days to reveal electronic problem which was quickly resolved with new component and part warranty and helpful discounted labour costs. Vehicle had a much needed clean aswell!

Professional, not agricultural.
I've had a Rangerover since 1997 and dealt with several LR dealers. The staff (Katherine) at Hay on Wye were the first ever in nearly 30 years to say that 'peoples cars are important in their lives and it is essential to get their car back on the road as soon as possible'. WOW from JLR !.
My RRS P400e developed a serious EV battery issue (No EV) and not driveable in early Feb with potential high repair cost. JLR Cardiff wouldn't even look at it until the 11 March (5 weeks).
My recovery man suggested JLR Hay on Wye and to be honest I thought a bit agricultural more used to working on a MkIIa than a P400e. However, I was completely wrong as they are a state of the art professional JLR facility and more friendly and helpful than their city slicker counterparts.
P400e was delivered on flat bed on 12th Feb, booked for repair 18th, astonishingly for LR, another first they looked at it in advance doing the diagostics on the 13th Feb, fixing the problem and the car was available to be collected on the 16th. After the work the car performed much better than it had for some time with the PHEV efficiency increasing dramatically.
All work was done under warranty and I was well informed at every stage of the process by the 2 Katherines, second provided the vehicle inspection report.
Overall I was very impressed by the professional manner and Katherines statement about peoples cars being important to their lives was completely validated.
If I have any more dealings with JLR, the first stop will be Hay on Wye and I have already been asked by LR owners how the experience went to which I have replied excellent, send your cars there.

Mark collected our car to take it for a service. He arrived on time as arranged, leaving us with a complimentary courtesy car. Our car was serviced and returned the next day with the minimum of fuss as we have always experienced over the many years of dealing with Land Rover Hay- On-Wye.
