Impossible to contact
I needed a key for my Jaguar so I tried ringing Sinclair JLR. I must have tried about 30 times but there was no answer on each occasion.
I then tried live chat on the website and engaged with a very polite woman who told me someone would be in touch asap. This was 3 weeks ago and still nothing.
I am amazed by the total lack of service from a main dealership of a prestigious manufacturer.

Hi Ian, thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are obviously disappointed to read about your experience of trying to contact us. No excuse, but this was around the time where we were moving to our brand new premises, so things were a little tight on the ground with everything being moved across. None-the-less this is not the experience we want to give any of our clients and we hope we get the chance to give you nothing less than a 5-star experience on your next correspondence/visit with us, particularly at our new premises, which are simply stunning.
