The service and attention to detail provided through the sales rep Charlie Spring was outstanding. An all round excellent experience which gives confidence in continuing to engage with the dealership for after sales and for vehicle servicing and maintenance.

My F Type had scratches on the drivers window really spoilt the look of my car. I rang the parts department on Friday to enquire about a replacement glass I was answered quickly and very friendly the chap told me the glass was available from factory and if ordered would be in Saturday morning. I asked him to order the glass. Turning up on Saturday I was greeted by to two very friendly chaps who instantly stopped what they were doing and located my glass it was in a rather large packet to keep it safe they opened it to check it wasn’t broken. Obviously the fun bit was having to pay for it :) but by fitting it myself I saved a few hundred pounds! I just want to thank the Parts Department for helping me and my car now looks brand new! Ps it was straight forward fitting it too. Happy Days!

Was told it had been checked and serviced.
Returned car on Monday 2nd March. Heating not working .loaned me a Discovery.
Informed on Tuesday 3rd F Pace needed a new air cooling part. Why was this not checked before I was sold the car? Let hope the car has a full service check before it is returned. thank you John.S.

We bought our car here today after comparing to other car dealerships and nowhere else compared to the service provided by Stephanie, she was so welcoming and supportive throughout the experience! She really made an impression on each of us! We are very grateful and wanted to recommend her service highly from the minute we walked in until the minute we left we felt cared for, thank you! We were also served by christian who was brilliant with communication, answering questions no messing about. Brilliant.

Excellent service from Stephanie during “while you wait” service. Was able to work from the showroom and made sure I had everything I needed including a great cuppa!

Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars as on the phone before the service I was given the impression the work would be finished earlier than it actually was, which messed up my evening plans a little.

Exemplary service from your Service Department colleagues today. I called in a few days ago and left details of my 16 years young X-Type.(which is in pristine condition, inside and out) I needed the PIN code for the entertainment unit as I had recently changed the battery. At 8.01am this morning I received a phone call with the information needed... Well done JLR 😃

I visited jaguar cardiff after previously talking to Caitlin who was extremely helpful and put me through to parts in order to give me the best advice for removing the locking wheel nuts on the Jag. The key was missing in the car hence the need for advice. As a result I was kindly offered to call at jaguar cardiff where they had a key set and could check if one the keys would fit and they would remove the originals free of charge and put a new set on supplied by me. I attended the dealership where I met Caitlin who was a charming and helpful as she was on the phone and she immediately got Amaad to do the removal and replacement. I have had some amazing cars over the years with prestige cars and the service has been good however today I am taken away by the wonderful help I received.

Parts department very helpful and great service

After numerous attempts to email, I decided to phone Sinclair Group in Hadfield rd Cardiff. I was trying to get my cars info system converted to myself as it was locked on the previous owner. The help I got was 1st class, I was instantly put through to the correct person by the receptionist and pleased to say that Bronwyn was excellent and carried out the task straight away. A big thank you to both Bronwyn and Sinclair for a fast excellent service.
