Visited the Taunton store today and was pleasantly surprised with the store selection! The staff member was friendly and extremely knowledgeable with products and uses. They helped me decide what would best suit my needs and were very informative. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience! What a fantastic shop very bright and welcoming. Staff welcomed me as soon as I entered and were all very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and have a fantastic 3 for 2 offer.

I visited the Hull branch recently and the product selection is great but the staff are so welcoming that they turned a daunting experience into a really fun one. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back to add to our collection!

I went into the Oldham store very last minute for valentines day and the staff couldn't of been better, very informative and friendly, they completely put me at ease and I left with everything I wanted plus extras!

Myself and my Partner came in to the shop on Bond Street as we decided we wanted a fun Valentine's night-in. We didn't really know what we were looking for, but the Manager and Charlie, the sales assistant, really looked after us and suggested things like games, couple-friendly toys, massage oils and flavoured gels that might give us fun and pleasure at the same time.

Charlie was so helpful and also explained about their 3-for-2 offer, so we came away with several items and had such a fun night, I can't tell you! We both feel absolutely brilliant today and can't wait to do it again! We might even experiment a little with other stuff we've not tried before.

Had a really great experience at this shop - cannot recommend highly enough!

Went into the bournemouth shop for the first time and didn't have a clue what i was looking for. There was a super helpful lady who steered me in the right direction. Really went out of her way to take time explaining things to me so thankyou! Extremely helpful staff but without being too pushy. Exactly right in my book! The selection of products is amazing, would definitely recommend for beginners and experienced people, they seem to have it all!

Purchased some products from their website, was such a great selection, and I got some amazing quality toys for a great price. I spoke to a lovely lady on webchat and she gave helpful advice on what products to choose and explained them in detail. Quick and trackable delivery too. All round 10/10 experience. Will defiantly be my number 1 website to shop at for these products! :)

I am very upset with this company! I saw a charge on my card that I did not make to them and disputed the charge. Simply pleasures lied in the response stating I purchased from them and that whatever was ordered was delivered. THEY KNOW NOTHING WAS SHIPPED TO ME AND HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR 3 MONTHS MAKING EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE FOR WHY MY FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

I did accidently duplicate an order which customer services rectified when I spoke to them. They were really helpful and I will continue to use them.

I went to their Bournemouth store and the staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable talking about gifts for my girlfriend.

I decided not to buy straight away and placed the order online instead, the parcel was sent in discreet packaging and arrived as expected.

My girlfriend is very happy and I've bagged some brownie points in the process 😁

I did receive item Saturday after all and thd product was really good. Can't fault them amazing customer service and product!

Really impressed with the customer service, I ordered something and paid extra for saturday delivery! had a email from dpd saying it would be delivered Saturday but on tracking said Monday. Couldn't get through to anyone at dpd so rang simplypleasure and they said they would chase it up for me and ring me back it 10mins and they did ring me back in 10mins and said it does indeed say two different things on email and dpd website and even though the fault was with dpd and not them they refunded me the delivery even though it could still come Saturday. They could not do enough or be more apologetic really helpful friendly customer service. Hopefully the product will be as good as there customer service 🤞 review on that to follow

Went in to the Oldham branch just to look around and see if there was anything we might want. The woman mentioned there was a 3 for 2 offer on so we spent some time walking around. We hadn't even decided if we wanted anything before the woman stood at the till started having a go at us with an attitude. She said "are you buying anything or are you just gonna wonder around laughing at the products cuz I've got things to do today" we weren't walking round laughing at the products we were laughing between ourselves in normal conversation. It's not as if we are a bunch of teenagers that went in to have a laugh, we're just a couple. Also I'd love to know what she had to do that was so important considering the shop doesn't close until 8 and we arrived around 5. If you can't understand the concept of shopping around and looking before buying you shouldn't work in a shop. It wasn't as if we were causing any trouble just looking at what was available. Left right after that because no way am I buying something from someone that's going to act like that. Don't know who trained her to react that way but she needs retraining. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be going back.

The lady at the counter at Holdenhurst road was so helpful, professional and attentive to helping me choose which items I should get in line with my needs, and she was also very knowledgeable about all the products. I left feeling confident I came to the right place . Job well done 11/10

Popped into simply plesure this morning. Greated by great staff. They were very helpfull and nice. Defo be back with my partner very soon. Staff easy to talk to no judging here. FAB xxxx

Update: had product that wasn't working; but they sent me another product and gave me a freepost address to send the faulty product back to for repair
