Issue with sizing
Product is of reasonable quality. Unfortunately sizing does not conform to European standards. Size 74-80 is for 9-12 months not 9-18 months as claimed on their site on Not on the High Street and on the invoice. Looking at reviews there, the t shirts are often described as "snug". Unfortunately, this t shirt will not ft the baby for whom it was purchased for Christmas. Spoke to the owner but unfortunately she was unhelpful and would not accept the inaccuracy of their sizing. Am pursuing through Not on the High Street but fear I may have wasted more than £20 so beware.

We can confirm the European/UK sizing on our t shirts is 74/80 - 9-18m. We have been using this sizing conversion for over 14 years. We have experience with our own children wearing the t shirts, and they have always been able to wear the appropriate sized t shirt for their age (they are slightly taller than average and slim children). This size t shirt would definitely fit an average size 8 month baby. Our products have full details of the t shirt sizes on the product pages on both Simply Colors and Notonthehighstreet, if a customer requires additional information, we are more than happy to answer any questions regarding sizing before purchase. Hopefully once the t shirt is given to the baby it will fit well.

Great shopping experience from start to end
I ordered 2 personalised backpacks and was very happy with the whole process.
The sample imaging on the website was as close to the end result as one could ask for.
The bags seem to be a good quality and my kids are thrilled with them.

Warning on printed articles
The polo shirt was great but the hoodie I ordered at the same time was printed incorrectly and they would not change it. It is useless and the six year old would have been so upset to have the wrong names .I then ordered a hoodie from amazon for the child's birthday which arrived by return printed correctly and was great..

I can see from your order that we sent both items exactly as they were ordered, you received an order confirmation with the full details on, which you confirmed you had received by email. We would always recommend that order confirmations are checked to make sure all the details are correct. If we are notified of any amendments before the item is printed we are always happy to make changes for our customers.
One of the many benefits of ordering on our site is that you can see your finished design before you place it in the basket, this is a great way to check that you have entered the names and images as you would like them. You are also then able to see the finished product (including the design) in the checkout, so they can be checked once more before finalising the order.
Unfortunately once an item is personalised it is not possible to exchange it, as we are unable to remove the print. As a gesture of goodwill we offered you a substantial discount on a second hoodie, so you would have been able to create the order with the correct names and design. We aim to give the highest quality products with excellent customer service. Thank you for shopping with us and please contact us via email if we can assist you further.

Not a bad product, but I needed to return it.
I have emailed a couple of times with no response.
Disappointing, and I wont be using them again.

Unfortunately as the item was personalised it would not have been possible to return for a different size.
