Disappointing customer service
My order(placed through Not on the High Street) had a delivery address for a previous present bought some time ago. I immediately notified the company who changed the delivery address to my home and confirmed the correct address. Despite the delivery note in the parcel having the correct delivery address the parcel was sent by the company to the old recipient. She has arranged to send it on to me but Simply Colors refuses to refund the postage
Update. They have now refunded me the postage after a bit of a discussion!

Very small personalised Star…
My 7 year old Grandson's personalised Star Wars rucksack has just arrived and it is so tiny. I'm very disappointed with it, the lettering is less than 2cm tall. Including postage it has cost me £25.70. Advice to others, unless you are buying for a very young child, I would suggest you to opt for the larger size rucksack and pay more. Because it is personalised I do not have the option to return it.

We are sorry to hear you have found the rucksack to be small, we do offer two sizes in these rucksacks - small and large, with full dimensions shown on the product page. The small bag is a good size for younger children or an older child who needs a bag to carry a few things, such as a lunchbox.
I have checked our printing files and the personalised design was 12cm x 4.5cm.
As the rucksack was personalised it is not possible to exchange for a larger size once the print has been applied. We are always happy to discuss sizes with our customers before purchase if they need any assistance.
We really hope your Grandson enjoys using his bag.

The bottle tops are extremely defective…
The bottle tops are extremely defective and do not pop out with ease .
I’m fairness the customer service was ok and they replaced one of the bottle tops however the new purchase is defective again !!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The pop-up bottles are quite stiff to begin with but they will ease slightly over time. It may be that younger children (5-7y) may need a little assistance or to use both hands to pop open, until they get used to using the bottle. Unbelievable service
Unbelievable service! I required 10 childrens T-shirts for muddy obstacle event. I ordered them Thursday and the were delivered Saturday as promised.
I even managed to get anything the two T-shirts ordered on the Friday morning and they too were added into the delivery!!
Such amazing service. The kids loved their T-shirts! Thank you

Quality T-shirt designed to my specifications
My customized t-shirt was delivered with the design I created. It looked exactly like it did on my computer screen. The fabric and print are of a high quality. Delivery was fast. Overall, I'm very happy and will use them again.
There were some glitches in the design software but these were resolved when I phone customer service, who were very responsive and helpful.
