There was plenty of communication
There was plenty of communication. Jennie who helped me through everything was so helpful, considerate, sympathetic and nothing was too much trouble. She said I could phone her at any time for any help I may need. All in all, a very upsetting time was made easier to bear

Found using simplicity funerals very…straightforward
Found using simplicity funerals very easy the on line experience was straightforward, & simple with a choice to pay monthly or,all in one go.I didn’t want to have to go on to the site chose what I wanted then, ring them this was so easy received paperwork quickly all sorted. Definitely recommend

Very professional service
I spoke to Jason who ran through the details with me explaining everything to me about the service, it was all done very professionally going out of the way to explain the procedure and what was required can't fault Jason and the service he gave definitely a five star service.

Left me waiting for Call
I had a Funeral Plan consultation booked for 10am received the call at 10.02am which was impressive asked me to confirm my name and then the phone went dead i waited for a call back as I couldn't return the call as it was a generic number they didn't call me again
This obviously isn't very comforting considering what we were going to discuss and has left me not trusting Simplicity Cremations with the Emotive calls that would need to be made when the time arrives my family and I had many sometimes argumentative discussions on my choice of funeral and just when we agree Simplicity let me down will try another provider.

It very hard to ring but you need to do..but from first contact the guidance and help was there..I can only say if you need to ring Simplicity and maybe putting it off don't.. as soon as you ring they really take their time you are not rushed..Simplicity are so supportive..and help you through what you decide..I changed venue they even made that simple..Simplicity is a good name they really make everything so simple..for something that is the hardest thing to do but needs to be done..to take that first step.I can only say take that first step.

When I phoned up I got Rebecca a lovely young lady tryed to keep to talking with her my partner had died this what he wanted but didn't have time to book it with you so I did it with Rebecca she emailed me telling me part as we went along. The what crem it was I said I will pick up Brian's ashers myself. She sent my a message on the day of it and to see if I had got the date when I was going to pick up Brian's ashers iam picking them up 20th July she has been so very helpful going through every little thing with me I thank her so much 👍
