We joined the agency to find a new house, I enrolled, and straight away I was alerted to a house. Unfortunately, that one wasn't suitable but Mollie kept in touch and rang me one afternoon and said she thought of us with regards to a new house which was soon to be coming onto the market. I really appreciated that she thought of us and remembered what our criteria were. We went to see it and now we are in the process of buying it! When we get the keys I will be dropping off a bottle of something to show our gratitude!

We had 2 properties to sell the first being my father in laws bungalow and then our own as we wanted to buy somewhere more suitable for us all to live together .
Wasim negotiated a very good deal for us and promised a quick sell on the bungalow and to our surprise whilst we were on holiday he got us a buyer who wanted to move in within 2 weeks !!, things moved quickly and smoothly .
Due to lockdown the house we wanted to purchase seemed to be slipping further and further away and then as soon as lockdown lifted Wasim had a buyer waiting and due to him taking over negotiations with all parties in the chain we managed to secure our dream home that we had almost given up on .
We would highly recommend him and his team for his determination and tenacity and going that bit further ( very often working on his day off) to get the job done .
We are now really enjoying our new home and both our children are about to engage Wasim to sell their homes and find them their dream.

From the initial home visit with Simon, to the multiple viewings with Paige, emails with Gemma and progression with Richard I have received nothing but a 5-star service.

Everybody I have encountered at Simon Miller & Co have been professional in their approach, friendly to talk to and informed in their advice given. They have always followed government covid rules during the pandemic and put me first at all stages of the sale and purchase. This includes Paige being available out of hours and over weekends to help me attend viewings around my busy schedule.

Obviously the most important things to consider when selling and buying a property are; clear and concise communication, professional customer service and honesty with delays and difficulties encountered, all of which Simon Miller & Co were exceptional in delivering.

I would highly recommend using their young, dynamic and energetic team for the purchase and sale of any property.

Excellent service from Wasim at the Maidstone branch and team with selling my 2 houses. Also an amazing and outstanding service from Shirley who is the after sales negotiator who worked endlessly to chase and nudge the solicitors and buyers to completion and provide regular updates.

Usually once an agent has sold your property you hear very little after from them but this was not the case with Simon Miller who remained involved right up to completion. This service is very important in a world of mass factory conveyancing where there is no recourse for delays or mistakes made by your buyers solicitors

We were in the unfortunate position of having to sell my mother in law's bungalow. I saw a couple of other agents and then Wasim Amir came along to look at the property. He was very efficient, explained everything and I just liked the way he worked. We went with Simon Miller and sold the property for what we wanted and today we have completed.

We did not have to do any of the viewings, which in the Covid situation was brilliant. Wasim and his team looked after us very well and I would strongly recommend them.

After 6 months with purple bricks, we saw the light and gave Jeremy a call, having never sold a house before let alone my parents home of 42 years I was trying to climb a ridiculous mountain, I thought not possible. But with Jeremy's experience and guidance, and Shirley's never ending commitment in sales progression, we have moved to the house most suited to mum and dad, our lives are easy now because of you! Arranging to sell a property can be stressful; arranging to sell a property of a deceased loved one is even worse.

Wasim and Paige have made that task a whole lot easier. From the initial viewing to actually marketing the property, the experience has been great. They have relieved us of any worries and just get on and do their job, in a very professional manner.

It is also encouraging that whoever you speak to in the office, the back-up team are all aware of the property and to whom they are speaking.

Jeremy at Simon Miller was the agent when we bought our house and he was exceptional then so when we came to sell it there really was only one option for us. We bought a new build property and they recommended we meet other estate agents but we were never interested. The returning of calls and emails speeds the process along and gets you into your new home at the earliest opportunity, which is what everyone wants. Jeremy (and his team at Simon Miller) are top class when it comes to being on top of queries and questions to get the sale moving forward at speed. Jeremy was so on the ball with our house sales that we had viewings before it officially hit the market and in fact the house was under offer before it had even gone on right move due to the diligence of Jeremy and his team alerting potential new buyers of our upcoming property. In addition, Jeremy is always on your team and looking to do his best for you as a both a seller and we’ve seen this as a buyer as well - truly exceptional service. There can be challenging conversations when selling a house and these are handled with professionalism and always resolved as soon as they possibly can to allow the sale to continue moving forward. Jeremy has an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of how buyers react and feel and knows exactly what to do at exactly the right time which for a person new to the property ladder is absolutely amazing. As you can see, I can’t thank Jeremy and his team enough for everything they’ve done for us and the helping hand they had at getting us into our beautiful new home and moving our old home onto the perfect new buyer.

Wasim was great from the offset, when he came to value our house I felt he was honest throughout and was nothing but helpful. I have been a prety needy customer but when i needed updates Wasim was able to give me it there and then or he went off to find the answer and always came back to me. He was also great at giving us different options of houses as well when we were struggling to find something!
We are now very close to being into our new home so thanks Wasim for all your help!!

Wasim is the ultimate professional and his help and expertise helped us to achieve full asking price for our property in a very short time frame.
Paige and Elliott, who handled most of our viewings, were also excellent and kept us right up to date with all feedback.
All in all a stress free experience...not often you can say that!
