We have just sold our property through Simon Miller and its safe to say we would never sell with another agent again, especially after them getting us full asking price. We dealt with Wasim & Paige when selling the property and negotiating offers and both were professional and diligent throughout, always keeping us informed... I would highly recommend Simon Miller.

The Simon Miller Team has impressed us throughout the process of selling our parent‘s house.
However, Richard Long deserves special recognition for always being on the ball and going the extra mile when things were looking difficult. Although his job must certainly be challenging, he has always been cheerful, friendly and efficient

Simon Miller were always responsive, helped to chase other parties, and keep our buyer happy even during complications in the process. We had a buyer agreed within a week of our property going on the market. We had lots of problems with our bank, but Richard Long at Simon Miller regularly updated me every week and was always on hand to help where appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for transactions in the Kent area.

I have nothing but praise for Simon Miller Maidstone and their support in selling our property. Everyone I have interacted with has been supportive and knowledgeable. Moving house is known to be anxiety provoking, and their communication, commitment and general professionalism has helped me considerably. Particular praise to Simon, Gemma, Wasim, Richard and Shirley for going the extra mile.

Our Sales Progressor Richard Long has been great throughout our purchase process. From initial call to introduce himself to our completion day he was always very friendly, informative and professional. He contacted regularly with updates and was always available if we had a query. Irrespective of Covid and its obstacles his service was absolutely great and we felt in good hands.
An extra thank you for helping our purchase go through the week of Christmas as we know it’s a very hectic time.

Given how difficult the covid situation has been this year Wasim Amir and all the team at the Barming and Maidstone offices have been so helpful and supportive to make sure that both our selling and buying went through as smoothly as possible. Despite loosing our initial buyers Wasim was soon able to sell our house for a second time to make sure we stayed on track. A big thank you to all the team involved. Just like to thank Simon Miller & Co, and in particular Wasmin Amir, for the effort he put in to getting my move back on the cards after the lockdown. It's what you pay your money for and no regrets.

Wasim was really helpful in completing the purchase of two houses even at the face of covid lockdown. I will highly recommend.

As in tune there were many bumps along the way from solicitors and other people in the chain. However, Simon Miller and especially Richard Long in the sales progression team were amazing. Without Richard I am positive it would have all fallen apart.

Trying to move home in 2020 has been a challenge. Through it all Simon Miller were understanding when we got cold feet at times and ready to leap into action when we finally found our dream home. Our sales progression agent, Richard, was like a terrier and would never give up chasing aspects of our chain; important for us as timing got very critical. Was a huge relief to get to exchange and I felt Richard was as relieved as we were. Thanks Simon Miller!

Avoid like the plague. Unprofessional and amateur staff from bottom to top.

Accepted my offer and should’ve been removed from the market. I received confirmation of acceptance from the seller but yet 3 days later they reversed the decision asking for more money beyond an already increased initial offer. This was after I had provided proof of deposit; in excess of what was required, and what a coincidence it was only after this, more money was requested!

The staff lead you into a false sense of security, outlining their protocol as interested parties should submit first and final offers from the outset to avoid bidding wars yet almost immediately after I had my offer accepted, I had a barrage of calls and emails asking for more money due to a rival offer!

Seriously think before engaging and I’d recommend to purchase with other agents.

The staff are very informative, friendly and excellent at explaining the requirements of renting. Very quick to reply to emails and make all the necessary arrangements. I would recommend them as a good company to work with.

Great service from Jeremy of Simon Miller (Headcorn), he really has gone above and beyond in these difficult times, to help us sell my late Mum’s property.
I look forward to things getting back to a new ‘Normal’ allowing the local office to reopen, this will further improve their service and reinforce their local presence
