Jeremy's approach has been very professional throughout the whole process. He obviously has many years of expreience and helped us with any situation that arose. He made our sale go as smoothly as possible regardless of the difficulties imposed by another member of the chain using 'Muve Conveyancers' of Richmond. (The solicitors recommended by Siomon Miller have been fantastic and, Jeremy and ourselves were able to speak to them directly by telephone instead of just emails.) We would recommend Jeremy and the Simon Miller team to everyone.

I cannot recommend Simon Miller enough. Right from the start Jeremy at the Maidstone branch was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions when I viewed the flat, as well as providing useful suggestions, and allowed me plenty time to view as well as accommodating a second viewing a couple of days later. The sales progression team, especially Liberty, were an absolute godsend in liaising with all parties and keeping me up to date - it was a rather protracted purchase and they were absolutely brilliant throughout. I am so happy to have found such a perfect flat and cannot wait to settle in!

Tony Haskins and team recently dealt with the sale of out family home . We’d lived in the property for many years . Now my children are adults and steering their own paths I decided it was the right time to sell . The team were mindful that the house had been a family home and I was impressed with their professionalism and sensitivity.

Having worked with a different Estate Agent first with no success I was amazed at the difference in service, communication, amount of interest and success provided by Simon Miller & Company. They have been professional throughout and particularly helpful in putting us in touch and obtaining quotes for some works required prior to exchange of contracts. Genuinely a really good experience all round and would 100% use again if we have the need.

Simon Miller (Larkfield) were brilliant from start to finish; Andrew McGinty (manager) was on hand from beginning to end, and extremely professional at all times; without doubt the best of the three big local agents by far. Knowledge of our property was shown every time they did a viewing. A big thank you to both Andrew & Molly for all of their hard work.

It took some time to sell my house, but Jeremy and his team stayed with me for the long haul. When I was actually on the market there was never a shortage of people asking to view; we actually sold the house at least 4 times, but through no fault of SM&Co a number of these sales fell through (well all of them except the last one, obviously)

The solicitors that our sellers used were so bad we are going to wright a bad review. We felt useless and frustrated. I don’t know what we would have done without Jeremy’s help.Always there at the end of the phone to help us and guide us.We would still be waiting to exchange if it was not for all his hard work. He is a credit to Simon Miller as we would use you again.

From the very start to finish the service and professionalism of Dan Osborne and all the team at the Larkfield office has been exemplary. They all dealt with my elderly parents in a pandemic with care & consideration. Molly & Kelly did most of the show rounds and followed the Covid rules to the letter. It was certainly the fastest and smoothest house sale under such difficult circumstances and they were a joy to work with. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. We would definitely recommend Simon Miller. A particularly difficult year to be on the housing market but that hasn’t stopped the staff doing their utmost to help us on our journey. Particular thanks must go to Paige and Jeremy. I can’t count the number of times we emailed or phoned Paige to get an update or ask a question and she was always polite and attentive.

Wasim and the team at Simon Miller Maidstone are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and they are very responsive and professional. Wasim carried out our evaluation and soon had it in the market with plenty of viewings and offers.
