Simon and Miller were amazing throughout our time buying our first home. Not only were they patient and understanding when it came to explaining the process to us, but they were always easy to get in touch with and the various members of the team were always happy to help us. A special thanks must go to our estate agent Mollie who was exceptional. During at what was, at times, a stressful and frustrating process, Mollie went above and beyond on several occasions to process our sale for us and always had our best interests in mind. I would recommend Simon and Miller to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want an estate agents that communicate well, are efficient and put your happiness first, Simon and Miller are the ones for you!

Extremely impressed and happy with the service from Simon Miller. We bought one of their properties and sold our own property through a different agent - what a difference. We weren't even paying Simon Miller but Jeremy Bancroft kept me informed at all times and kept on top of chasing developments in the chain and got all the problems sorted promptly. He got the whole thing through in 10 weeks from us viewing to completion and moving in - I can honestly say that without his input this wouldn't have happened so quickly. His team were also great. My own agent was unimpressive. Thoroughly recommend Simon Miller for their excellent service.

This was an emotional move for many reasons a fresh start for me and my children and most importantly for my eldest son who was in hospital at the time for 6 months. I had to sell my house immediately to be able to secure and reserve my new home. Wasim filled me with confidence was extremely professional and genuinely caring about my circumstances, I sold my home without it being fully advertised in a week had viewings immediately and was therefore able to buy my house. Selling our house after 33 years Simon Miller made the process nice and easy. Was not in a hurry to sell but all on along kept us updated and would recommend them to anyone looking to see or buy a property.

Tony Haskins the senior branch partner has a good understanding of the market place and properties in the village, this is a great benefit when marketing a Listed Cottage.
The 3D virtual tour is a must especially in this digital world we now live in.
The complete team in the West Malling office are professional and had a full knowledge of the property and the up-to-date status on viewings, the record keeping systems and procedures must be very thorough.
Tony was willing and took on the task of negotiation that was fully appreciated.

Buying or selling a property is just stress and we have done this more times than I care to remember, however Jeremy B and the Bearsted team were fantastic and probably one of the best Estate Agents we have worked with. They worked really hard to help us sell my Mother's house, they priced it absolutely right and got us lots of interest. We found Jeremy to be honest and calm throughout, nothing was too much trouble for him or his team. The mistake was that we didn't use our preferred Solicitor but were advised to use a company through their recommended legal partners who turned out to be everyone's worst nightmare, even SM&Co were appologetic for the referral as they too felt let down by the Solicitor firm. To their absolute credit they went the extra mile to put things right and kept our buyers onside (who also reviewed the company in March!). The buyer's solicitor was not without fault mind you! Eventually the sale went through and everyone was left happy!

Wasim and his team at your Kings Street branch have well and truly earned their commission on our sale. Not only did they achieve over asking price offers and were happy to accompany all but 2 viewings of which there was a lot ( circa 30) and advised us when things were going wrong during the process.

They kept us informed and myself and my wife felt the selling process was very easy with Simon Miller.

Though it took me over 6 months and two different solicitors to finalise the deal, it appeared Simon Miller tried their best under the circumstances.

Though Wasim took my case quite late, I felt that he would have influenced the progress if he had handled it from the start.

Paige Dryland has been absolutely amazing since taking on our file, I cannot thank her enough for how professional and helpful she has been. We had a lot of complications prior to exchanging and Paige got things sorted straight away! We have now exchanged and are soon to complete and non of this would have happened so smoothly if it wasn’t for Paige! If I ever hear of anyone buying a house through Simon Miller I would 100% recommend to ask for Paige.

I switched agents to Simon Miller following a poor experience with another local estate agents. Wasim, the Manager at Simon Miller Barming Office, provided me with confidence from the outset that I would receive a good service and get the price I desired, and he kept to his word. The sale process had a few hiccups, but at any point during this Wasim reassured me and followed through very swiftly on any matters of concern. As the sale progressed and I was passed to another team, Wasim was still available and acted in a truly honest, professional and friendly manner at all times and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
