I found a property that I wanted to buy, made an offer and was told it had been accepted on the 5th August on the 27th August I exchanged contracts to complete in September. I am so pleased with the efficient service I received and all the staff have been very helpful.

Our experience with Simon Miller was fantastic all round. We mostly dealt with Wasim, who was so helpful, constantly one step ahead and always kept us in the loop. He, and the Simon Miller team went above and beyond for us, in both selling our home and purchasing our next one. We are hoping not to move again, but would 100% recommend Simon Miller to all of our friends and family. We personally wouldn't use anyone else after our experience. I have bought and sold a property on separate occasions with with Simon Miller, with the request that Wasim assist me in my purchase and sale. Tony Haskins valued the house and was thorough in his assessment. I had confidence in his valuation and decided to look no further. I was kept informed of viewings and prospective purchasers and advised by Hayley Champion on how to proceed. I have been informed by Hayley at every stage and she has kept in contact with me right up to completion. I have no reservations in recommending Simon Miller & Co when renting or selling a property. The staff are friendly, always accessible, efficient and professional.

Overall experience is laughable. Make sure you document all communications with them as they like to bend the truth and deny phone conversations. Photograph everything as evidence and avoid like the plague unless you fancy being left with property issues during winter and bodge job landlords.

The sale of our bungalow was handled efficiently and with ease by the lovely Paige Dryland and the team at Simon Miller, King St, Maidstone. On the rare occasion that Paige wasn’t available there was always someone to step in and offer guidance. Thanks Paige & colleagues!

We sold our house with SM and to be honest they where brilliant. The move was not at all straight forward and it was very stressful as most moves are . Libby was always checking on what was happening and keeping us up to date . She was so helpful. Wasim the manager was very professional and helped us also . It was a tricky start to the process, our first set of buyers were not the most proactive and the lady at SM who initially dealt with our matter was not as proactive either. However, after our first buyers pulled out Kelly was very quick to pick things up and, knowing our purchaser was placing a lot of pressure on completing quickly, as well as the added pressure of our mortgage deadline, Kelly swiftly secured a second buyer. Matters vastly improved when Kelly took over! She was on the ball, and very proactive, chasing up our buyers, their buyers, the various solicitors in the chain and also helping me chase our managing agents/developer for information. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly at SM. She did an amazing job getting everything in place before the deadline. Shoutout to Tony as well who I know was diligently working away in the background for us as well, and whenever Kelly wasn't available he would be there to do whatever needed to be done. Both of them are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced - a great team. Thank you so much!
