Dan and his team in larkfield branch was excellent from start to finish, we sold our house pretty quickly and the team helped us with regular updates regarding our conveyancing, we couldn’t get in touch with our solicitor at one point but the team managed to contact her and put pressure on her to make sure everything goes smoothly. Their charge was less than the competitor as well.

Dan and the team at Simon Miller, Larkfield, have been outstanding from start to finish with regards to the sale of our property. It sold within a couple of days and although we had a very long (and complex) chain below us, the team kept in touch and helped to manage it for us, through to completion. During very busy times, when it was proving difficult to get updates from our own solicitors, they were able to ask questions further down the chain to get updates for us along the way. Thank you!

Wasim Amir (Barming manager working out of Maidstone office) was exceptional from start to finish. Charming, inspiring trust and confidence, fair, totally on top of his art, personally involved, outstanding communication, receptive, responsive.

Relatively quick and very straightforward process, painless, in excess of asking price.

What's not to like? I'd love to proof read and spell check the branch paperwork which doesn't fairly reflect the level of service it underpins. Yes, I did raise it at an early stage with the sales staff but didn't get the response I would have liked and let it rest.

I'm confident that Wasim will now 'get it done' (over to you!).
