Obnoxious man and wouldn't let me leave the shop

I popped into the shop to have a look at some watches and when I tried to leave I was pushing the door three times both sides and I couldn't get out. The guy behind the counter said can I help you? He clearly could see that I was trying to leave the shop and was being obnoxious for no apparent reason. I told him I'm trying to get out he then proceeded to press the remote control to let me leave.

Very rude shop assistant

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this shop on May 30th around 14:43. I came in alone to look at gold rings and picked out three I was interested in. When I asked simple questions about the stones and karats, the staff member abruptly left me mid-conversation to help two men instead, saying “thank you” as if I was dismissed.

When I mentioned the rings were too big, he snapped, “I didn’t choose them, you did.” I calmly told him there was no need for the attitude, but he became increasingly rude and said I was “not a customer” and “wasting his time.” He started speaking aggressively in Turkish. I asked him to speak in English, and he told me I was giving him a headache and ordered me to leave the shop.

I had every intention of buying a ring, but after being treated with such hostility, I walked out. I was left standing there, alone and shocked, after being spoken to with complete disrespect simply for asking questions. No one should feel humiliated or unsafe while shopping — especially over something as personal and valuable as jewelry.

This shop is a very reliable

This shop is a very reliable and trustworthy store, every price they give you will be be the best out of all offers. Really quick and good at repairs. If you have a simple repair like watch battery you can go shopping and come back it will be ready.

Avoid.

I previously made a google review of this place just by giving it one star for the experience I had had. The owner had left the most horrible response to which I then added in more detail about my experience.
Today, (21st Feb 2024) I realised the owner had changed their initial response. I tried to attach screenshots of his initial response but google reviews just would not publish it.

The owner damaged my watch from a simple battery change and when I pointed it out he became extremely defensive, aggressive and rude.
I was scared in that shop from the way he spoke and behaved and ended up saying 'it's ok' in attempts to calm him down. He is a bully and a dangerous man.
The damage to my perfectly good watch became less important in that shop but he damaged my watch and was desperately attempting to gaslight me into thinking there was no damage.

I left the shop feeling scared.

Both his behaviour and now this change of response on google reviews is so unethical and so very unkind. In the space of few hours today there seems to be multiple 5-star reviews which does not seem genuine at all.

I would avoid this place at all costs, for your own personal safety and for the safety of your belongings. The owner is deceitful and dangerous.

I visieted the store to find out about…

I visited the store to find out about replacement batteries and strap replacements for smart and non smart watches. He was very abrupt when asking questions regarding replacement straps and very dis interested with me generally. He told me to go away and come back as he was eating in a rude manner. I told him would come back for anything.

If he wanted to have lunch in peace he should arrange for cover or close the shop while eating food if no one else is there.

Racist Owner

Worst way to treat a person who wants to purchase something from your shop. You judged me like i was not going to buy anything and you told me that aswell. Honestly people would want to buy something from your shop if you treated them with a little bit of dignity.
