All good people to deal with and installed on time and by polite competent fitters

Sidey has provided a great product and excellent after care. We were happy with the personnel in every department from sales to fitting.

Very poor after sales service. Dry verge blew off my roof. Sidey claim storm damage not covered by guarantee. The verge that stayed on the roof were screwed on, the verge that blew of the roof had not been screwed on. After several weeks of regular calls asking to speak to a senior manager also an email with photos I have had no response. Beginning to think they have stopped trading. Could not recommend this company.
See their response, they can’t even get their email address correct.

The guys arrived on time, were always pleasant & cleaned up any mess.

From start to finish all went so well They keep in touch with you throughout the wait to have in my case the door fitted The fitter made a first class job of fitting but he also pointed out their was a small mark on door which he noted Within days they had the door fixed as good as it should be when new I was very happy and Sidey is certainly a company I would recommend.

Both Michael and Chris arrived on time, very polite and courteous. Covered all the rooms with dust sheets and worked hard all day. Did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left.
It was a pleasure to have two very likeable workmen in my house and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we have used Sidey. Both occasions the service and quality were excellent. This time we had a replacement front door and patio doors. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordering was fairly smooth, but little or no follow up calls or information from sales rep. Communication was poor and could be much better.

Installation was slick, but a bit rushed at the end, requiring a second visit to complete and correct minor defects.

Absolutely no follow up contact, enquiring about satisfaction of item or work. I was left feeling that I was doing Sidey a favour giving them the work. Also, the sales rep. was aware that I required other work, but no enquiry was ever made.

From start to finish the entire process was professional and efficient.
Nico was excellent when he came to quote, made us feel comfortable and kept us very well informed.
The survey was completed by Campbell and again professional, courteous and clean.
Installation was completed over 9 days by 3 fitters ( Trev and his boys)
Friendly, helpful, respectful and extremely hard working along with a cheery disposition made this experience so simple and stress free.
The property was left as clean as they found it at the end of every night leaving us nothing to do😂

All through the job we were kept informed with dates and work scope by the Contracts manager Lee, and again thanks for everything Lee.
The finishing off of the windows externals were all completed within 6 weeks after installation, and as we only had 2 snagging items, these were all dealt with rapidly.
In my opinion after the experience we had with Sidey I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future as they did exactly what they said they would and left us with a superb looking replacement windows and doors.
Property was replacing 23 wood frame windows along with patio doors, front door and side panels, internal security door and outdoor cladding on 4 sections. All in a C Listed building

We had an unexpected incident that turned out to be nothing to do with Sidey, but nevertheless you attended and assured us that all was safe.

The two fitters who came were excellent and worked very quickly to complete the job. Also quotation and confirmation process was very efficient.
