Great communications. On time. Product works as intended. Finishings alright, could’ve been better. After sales great.

There was a problem with the locks on our recently purchased door from Sidey. Once they were alerted to the problem, they responded immediately and the incorrect lock mechanism was replaced within a week.

No problems a few snags which was rectified the staff as always very good

Door handle on patio broke after 6 months, handle replaced under warranty with Cala. Same handle broke again but was told would need to pay for new one as just over 2 years old, I really think a door handle should last longer than that especially as it had broke previously. Would have thought they could have replaced it! Very poor customer service would not recommend.

This is the second property we have had Sidey windows installed in. The reasons we use Sidey are:
The salesman actually understands and is very knowledgeable about his products. This is quite rare these days.
The same is true of the technical engineer who comes out to your property pre-instillation
Uta and her admin team could not be more helpful and manage the communications side of the process really well
In the instillation crew there was a true craftsman. It was a pleasure discussing the best way forward and watching the precision with which he fitted the windows.
The guarantee is cast- iron good.

Sidey are not the cheapest company. However, if you are looking for a headache-free process, you are in safe hands with Sidey.

One of the windows that was fitted was scratched. The window was replaced within two weeks but unfortunately the replacement was also scratched. The replacement for the replacement was then fitted within two weeks and it was fine. After care service is excellent.

Good from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. From designing the door to coming back and replacing a slightly marked hinge, everything was done with a touch of professionalism.

Only took 90 minutes to install door-no fuss, no mess

Excellent service. Door fitted after a wee delay due to the door not being 100% perfect. New door ordered and fitted and the lads that did it were all lovely. It looks amazing. Would definitely recommend

When I contacted them about removing the upstairs patio window for a roofer to do his work. It was really difficult to get a reply and finally a reply said they would not do it, rather disappointing.
