Juella is such a great beautician she always does a great job. I visit Sia beauty every two weeks and she never fails me. I’ve even recommended her to family and friends.

The staff at Sia are all great. I have been using them for the last year (Bromley) and they have always been excellent with my threading and nails! Recommended .

Abysmal receptionists and lacklustre approach to service . The two senior staff are lounging behind a hidden area and leaving junior colleagues to work . Do not waste time going here .

They do a shoddy job and charge a lot of money for it too. Please do not go here.

Seriously disappointed. I was overcharged for my eyebrow wax as the price list stated £11 and I was charged £13. I disputed it and was still told it was £13. I paid it because I didn’t have time to argue but that was wrong.
I specifically booked an appointment for eyebrow waxing as I cannot manage threading and it leaves me with rashes/spots. After a tiny bit of waxing, the colleague started threading my eyebrows. I’m not happy with them at all and feel cheated out of the money I paid. Would not recommend.

I would never recommend Sia in Brent Cross again.. They overcharged my daughter. While giving her a quote of £24 then charged her £11 more for eyebrows and face waxing. This is so unprofessional and disgusting to overcharge a young person like that.

I visited Sia Beauty in Bromley with my mum who had booked us both in to get Christmas nails done. Firstly we had to wait 15 minutes even with a booking and were not even sat together until we asked. As they did my mums nails they cut her cuticle to the point it bled for an entire day without stopping. Obviously this meant they couldn’t paint her nail as they’d cut her finger so bad it wouldn’t stop bleeding. They were unhelpful and unapologetic about the situation, at one point insisting my mum still had to pay for her manicure which wasn’t even done !! They were rude to us and even asked if we were repeat customers to which we said we were as we had been there many times. I think the service was poor and the way they dealt with their own mistake was unforgettable.

Had a horrific experience at the Bromley store. I asked for a simple tidy up and she's completely butchered my eyebrows into fine pencil like ones looks like I have none left ... (bearing in mind I came in with pretty thick fluffy eyebrows that had brow gel on to make them look bigger) would definitely not go there again

I went to Sia Beauty at Bromley for waxing and to get my eyebrows threaded. I saw the amazing Priti and she was excellent - fast and painless. I’ll definitely be back.

If I could give no stars I would!! Honestly, I’ve been in customer service over 25 years and neither the staff nor the owners know a thing about customer service. I’ve lived near Brent Cross for many years and I really did try give them the benefit of the doubt repeatedly but there is no doubt this place is a joke of a business! The owners don’t care! The staff are not qualified enough to say the least. They are unbelievably rude which is further insult to injury since they barely know how to do basic gel polish in the salon downstairs. I walked away with the lumpiest nails which was being applied as if it was normal varnish! I’ve complained many a times falling onto deaf ears every time including the owners. The manager of the Brent cross salon is a rude Iranian lady who clearly has a chip on her shoulder and has a serious attitude problem. Don’t waste your money. The nail bar upstairs never answer the phone and the manager a response is they’re busy even though on numerous occasions I’ve called while in the centre watching them not answer the phone with the threading girls sitting around talking to the nail techs. Your staff are not doing their jobs! Your calls aren’t being answered. Meanwhile you’re losing out on customers and losing existing! This business is a joke and the staff are at the most basic at what they do, if that. You can absolutely get better and far cheaper!

I have been visiting Brent Cross Sia Hair&Beauty for a few years now.
Some beautician ladies are better skilled than others however overall it has worked ok for me to do my eyebrows there.

Today I went there and I asked for threading and tinting as usual to which I was told that I needed to do a patch test.
I had already done a patch test before and the last tinting I did was only a couple of months ago but still the 2 ladies on duty were persistent that I had to do a patch test because of “new after covid rules”.
It turned out the patch test should be done when there’s a 4-month break so the fact I was tinting my eyebrows only 2 months ago without a problem was not substantial for the beauticians who insisted I should do that test.

I was so tired after this bad communication and bad customers service that eventually I just decided to leave the place without the service and I promised to leave my review here as the staff should not only be trained on eyebrow threading but also on a proper customer service.

I would leave 0 if there was the option! Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. What an appalling job the girl did! Tinted my eyebrow above the hair and removed more hair from one eyebrow! These girls are not trained professionals! Avoid at all costs!

Went in their pop up booth in Basingstoke for an eyebrow tint and came out looking like I had catipillars on my face!!! So I asked the lady to wipe it off and she started chewing her gum with her mouth open for everyone to see and hear.

Lash extensions pretty but not good quality
1. Technician was nice but applied glue messily and my eyes were glued shut so it was painful to open and she had to use a glue remover which burned my eyes.
2. Lashes were very pretty but started falling out from day 1, did not put water on them for the first four days, did not put make up on them at all, did not sleep face down or touch them a lot and they only lasted one week so quite disappointed

Ashwini is the best beautician! I’m doing my eyebrows for more than 5 years and I’ll never go somewhere else!!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Juella is a star!! They have pretty good staff but ever since Juella touched my brows, I've been hooked! She's absolutely professional and friendly and my eye brows have a beautiful shape now. SIA is my go to always and I've been a customer for 4 years now all thanks to Juella!
