Returns/refund/ordering in store

I was a bit disappointed with the men's swimshorts as they didn't have a mesh interior. I returned them to the Shore clothing shop at East Wittering but they weren't able to process the refund from that outlet. I found a nice pair of swimshorts while I was there but not in the right size, unfortunately they weren't able to order them for me online to be delivered to my home address so I came home empty handed. I have now received the refund for the unwanted pair. Nonetheless the staff at East Wittering were very nice people!

All as it should be from ease of…

All as it should be from ease of ordering to advised delivery.
Only reason to give a 5 is that the packaging box inside of the plastic outer was crushed, but no damage to product.
Not sure what your reaction would have been had I needed to return in the original box.
