I returned two clay court shoes…

I returned two clay court shoes clearly not worn. I didn’t even put on one of them to try because my feet are wide and it was obvious that it would not fit.

It has been 13 days and they are still making me wait! Any legal suggestions is much appreciated.

Refusing to issue a refund for returned footwear

I purchased two pairs of sneakers for my nephew that did not fit. One box was also damaged. I returned both pairs of sneakers and the FedEx tracking number confirmed the return. However, it has been weeks now and they still have not issued my refund. I had to file a complaint with Paypal. I also posted a message on their Instagram page to warn other buyers and they deleted the message.

Horrible customer service

placed an order with them and they sent the wrong size. Then I'm required (after waiting a week and a half for it to be delivered) to return it and wait for new pair. FTC guidlines state you are not responsible if they send the wrong item. It is not my fault they have incompetant workers.

Severly damaged box; covered with dust

I purchased a pair of Lane cowboy boots online. The boots arrived in a timely manner; however, the Lane shoe box was severly damaged on one side and covered with dust. However, the red/white Shoebacca box was entact. I paid almost 300 dollars for a pair of boots and I received a filthy/damaged box (my hands were covered in dirt)? Poor quality control. I returned the boots.

Useless customer service

Placed an order from them, never came. And their customer service is basically useless, they couldn't help you with anything, people like that are deserved to be replaced by AI.

Don’t waste your time.

I should’ve listened to the reviews. Terrible cancellation and return process. You can’t even cancel an order almost quite literally after it’s placed… or even if you call as soon as their lines are open. It’s a complete run around on why they can’t do anything for you. Three different operators to tell me the same excuse. Never again. Terrible business practice.

This place should be shutdown immediately! horrible customer service! so quick to bill but when it comes down to a return/refund, they will give you the run around and force you to wait OVER 10 days for your money back i am at 13 days now this is insane! STAY AWAY I WILL CONTACT THE BBB AND CONSUMER AGENCY.

People this company sells fake Yeezy’s nothing about them are real. My 500’s arrived and I sent them straight to the trash 🗑️. The barcode is fake, when you scan it, it appears to be an empty site that doesn’t exist. They’re using real pictures but sending terrible replicas out. And the sad part is they’re selling fake’s for authentic prices. Another thing if a shoe company doesn’t except refunds that’s a clear way to notice they’re fake. I personally lucked up, because Amazon didn’t send my order on the date they promised so my order was refunded. Once my money was sent to my account, those 500’s were off to their new home called a trash can. People if you want Yeezy shoes stick with StockX and Flight Club which is owned by Goat another great shoe company. Shoebacca need to be reported to Amazon for their misleading services. It’s basically highway robbery, I can see if they were $45 maybe $60 at the most. But regular price for a fake product is scandalous.

Stay Away....Ordered shoes for Christmas

Ordered shoes for Christmas for my grandson through Amazon on Dec. 6. Paid extras for "expedited delivery" Was first told Dec 12 for delivery....then the 19th and now say they are lost! Lots of same complaints... They have even changed the Amazon web page...this company is unreliable at best and fraudulent at worst. Stay Away!!

No way to edit shipping address even…

No way to edit shipping address even before anything was processed so I won’t be getting my package. They haven’t even sent the package yet and still won’t edit the shipping address. I called and canceled request immediately and they said I’d have to call usps and usps said they can’t promise anything. Horrible costumer service due to the company.

Puma Heist

Within the last month I have ordered three pairs of Puma sneakers on eBay and another pair on Amazon. I have been refunded for the first three pair as I never received them nor was there updated tracking. For the ones purchased on Amazon, I was supposed to receive them today but just received a message saying they will now arrive by the 23rd. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON?

Warning: False product description!!!

Ordered the Keen Targhee III *Waterproof* Hiking Boots from Shoebacca site in Nov. 2023, started wearing them in March 2024 and by August 2024 (six months later) the VERY thin suede covering on the boots wore completely off, exposing only fabric padding. I used the boots for gardening and they got wet sometimes, but they were advertised as WATERPROOF. They are in no way WATERPROOF!!!! Contacted Customer Service and was told "unfortunately, we cannot accept a return." They gave no specific reason and I felt "brushed off." Shoebacca did not even suggest I contact Keen, the company who manufactured the so-called waterproof boots. Will not do business with Shoebacca again. Addendum: I contacted Keen, the manufacturer, and received a credit for the boots because they were covered by a one-year warranty.

Business thinks they're a charity

Do not buy from them unless you like giving your money away. I bought a pair of boots about a month ago. As far as I can tell from the tracking they never shipped them. Then when a claim was processed through UPS the ly said it was settled and I was ineligible for a refund. So it seems to me they never shipped them, tried to put the blame on UPS, and upon UPS not being able to locate them due to never having them in the first place they just made off with my money. I'm fine with giving money to charities but I'm getting tired of treating businesses as if they are charities. There's no accountability anymore and they don't care about the customer

Returned a pair of shoes

Returned a pair of shoes. Just spoke to customer service as I have not received refund after waiting 9 days. That is unacceptable and of course issue was not resolved, I have to wait 24 - 48 hours. But what was the kicker was the tone of voice their representative has. Yes he was saying the right words but his attitude was horrendous. I will not be spoken to in the tone of voice he had and will NEVER purchase from them again. I'm still shaking my head in amasement.
