The shoes are all great as usual! One pair I have to return because they are too big for some reason, but the other 3 are perfect!

The shoes I received were of poor quality and the sole close to the heel has two obvious gaps due to manufacturing oversight. Had the product returned but so far have not received the refund.

One of the shoes that I ordered arrived missing a strap
tongue on the left shoe. Very disappointed. I called your Customer Service and obtained a shipping label and returned the shoes the same day received. Somehow, this product should have been inspected prior to being shipped.

Online order was easy. Fast shipping. Very good deal. Shoes are high quality.

I ordered two pairs of boots and I received two mangled up/destroyed boxes with boots that were obviously worn/returned. They did not have any padding inside and had scuff marks all over and someone did a terrible job trying to wipe it down to pass it off as unused.

I asked customer service to exchange for new boots but was instructed by some copy/paste script to log on and generate an auto-return label. Now I have to find a printer and drive to UPS and waste my time and money.

I found the pair of shoes I was looking for at a great price and with free shipping. I ordered two different pairs of shoes since I wasn't sure about fit and the free, EASY, return for the pair that didn't fit was awesome! Definitely going to keep Shoebacca on my radar for the next pair of shoes I'm shopping for.

I've received packages in the past without any kind of notification. I like to be aware of package movement & expectations of delivery so I can better prepare myself for my items. Sometimes I'm buying something for an event and need to keep an eye on its movement. If I'm never notified on anything other than a receipt of sale, how can I realistically do that.
I have no quarrels with the products. They are true to fit. Improvement needs to be made about thoroughly communicating with buyers.

I got my order very quickly and it was just what I expected.
