The actual T-shirt was really nice. However it was very late because for some reason it was sent to Glasgow rather than Southampton.

This can happen. Royal Mail make mistakes. But what annoyed me was that shirt box simply didn’t reply to my email asking what was happening. I never did get a response and I think that’s unacceptable

Great communication when the couldn’t meet my original request, was offered a refund or alternative.
I opted for an alternative and was very pleased when it arrived 2 days later, the Vancouver football ( soccer 😏 ) shirt is suitably obscure and great quality, the extra surprise dartboard shirt is also great quality
No hesitation in buying again

This was my first time ordering from this company. I wanted something a little spacial for my husbands 60th Birthday, so I ordered a T shirt. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was of good quality and the sizing was true to fit. Needless to say my grumpy old husband, wasn't grumpy when he saw it and has been wearing it frequently. I will def be buying from here again!

Great for buying men’s T-shirts but not for myself, as a woman, in this day and age most of the designs should be printed on ladies shirts too, it’s a bloody travesty. I use Redbubble instead. So disappointing.

The variety and uniqueness of their designs are fab!
The quality of their clothes are great too, I have bought a few different T-shirts and I’ve really loved them all.

Honestly can't fault the company in any way. The quality of the clothing is very good, delivery was quick and even when I made a mistake and ordered items that were the wrong size the returns process was easy and free and the refund was processed very quickly. I'll definitely be buying again.

I love the fact that Shirtbox can put wording on their tees that can be construed in different ways whilst maintaining great quality at the same time. I have four or five shirts that have all provided good durability and great fun at the same time.

After the Royal mail had let me down and had lost my shirt even though it was a tracked delivery customer services and the lovely Helen at Shirtbox got on the case and had me one delivered correctly this time pretty much the next day. Having ordered through a FB url the delivered (within the delivery timelines stated) t-shirt was not the size that I ordered. Shirtbox website may not be able to provide you with all your FAQ's but the customer services email exchange I had I could not fault and as a result they exchanged the shirt for an appropriate size.
The advice I would give, is be more forgiving and communicated through other channels to resolve any issues you may face, shirts is one of the better firms I have found in responding to issues.

I accidently ordered the wrong size when I ordered a personalised T-shirt, I emailed the company and they kindly sent out a replacement T-shirt in the correct size, completely free of charge!

Amazing T-shirt with brilliant designs and great quality. Made fantastic gifts on numerous occasions. Quick delivery. Very satisfied.

After advertising delivery in 2-3 days they did not dispatch the order for 7 days, so I had to buy another gift for the birthday it was intended for.
I strongly suggest anyone thinking of using this company avoids them like the plague.
It is also impossible to contact them to complain. Absolute jokers, deserve to go bust soon.
