Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, I had an issue with delivery (which was my own error) and the team got back to me and helped resolve the issue. The top is great quality and my dad loved it. Sizing is accurate and good material. Will definitely be repurchasing and have recommended to my family. Thank you.

Item too small
Item too small. Needed to exchange. No email confirmation and no returns email so no QR code to send it. Emailed for help but no help provided and then they blocked me. All I wanted was a different size shirt!

I found a great t shirt for a Birthday present, but my brother lives in Ireland.The order form required an Irish landline, but my brother only has a mobile phone and the form kept coming up with an error.Unfortunately I was unable to complete the purchase, due to this.

No problem to add a mobile number to the form, just ensure you enter the number using the international format, e.g. for Ireland +353 87 1234567(For a local Irish number like 087 123 4567). Brilliant service and quality
I thought that I had already placed my order for my partner's Birthday and realised at the last minute that I hadn't. I got in touch with shirtbox and huge thanks to them, I recieved the item in time and the quality is really good. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again, and soon!

Replacement came quite quickly

Changed the fit of their hoodies
Changed the fit of their hoodies, uncomfortable, impractical and sizing not the same. The customer service agent was unhelpful and offered free returns from the UK knowing I didn't live there, Regards, Former Customer

Absolutely shocking experience with Shirtbox UK
Absolutely shocking experience with Shirtbox UK.
I placed an order on 14th April 2026 and was told it would arrive by 18th–19th April. It never arrived.
I contacted them on 22nd April and was told I’d receive a reply within two working days. I followed up again on 28th April. It is now 4th May and I have received absolutely no response whatsoever.
What makes this even worse is that this was not just a normal order — it was a surprise gift for my girlfriend in the UK who is currently undergoing cancer treatment. It was meant to lift her spirits, and this company has completely failed at the most basic level of service.
There appears to be no reliable way to contact them, and judging by other reviews, I am clearly not the only person experiencing this.
At this point I am forced to pursue a chargeback and escalate the matter further.
Avoid unless you are willing to risk poor communication and non-delivery.

Following investigation with the courier, Royal Mail has confirmed the parcel as being delivered 18th April, a proof of delivery photo was uploaded. We’ve shared this information with you directly via email, we hope this helps.

Issue resolved quickly by CEO
I recently wrote to the CEO to express my concerns over an issue with the company and he was understanding and helpful and resolved my issue quickly and with understanding. I recommend this company and having ordered tea shirts in the past can vouch for their good quality.

Loved the T-shirt
Whole process was easy to use and best of all the product was fantastic - I designed my own T-shirt. Sizing was perfect and overall quality was great too. The product was exactly as seen on screen.
