Ordered 3rd of Dec. Email says delivery between 6th and 11th of Dec. Open tracking and says the 13th. Well its the 13th and surprise surprise, no delivery. First time ordering from Shirtbox and wont be again. Was supposed to be for my Xmas party on the 11th. Waste of time, buy elsewhere. When it comes will be returning for a refund.

Delivery was slow, ordered as a birthday gift and it didn’t arrive on time. Quality is very poor, definitely not premium brand, lightweight and tacky , not worth the money!

Very disappointing when you pay the extra £6.50 for Royal Mail first class postage and are told by email after having to chase a non delivery that First Class Royal Mail takes between 3-6 days, however here we are, 6 days later and having to constantly chase, my parcel has only just been posted, not delivered ‘posted’, Very poor service and even worse customer service.
To top it all off arrives the day after it was needed for, very poor quality.

Thanks to Helen for responding quickly to my query about a recent order.

I ordered my product on Saturday, it's now been 72 hours since Monday and it still hasn't even been dispatched

Now it's 6 days later and it still hasn't arrived even though they changed my delivery to speedy delivery and it 'should' have arrived by now.

Order 8356833- ordered a white tshirt, it came with a black smudge on the front. Thought I’d be able to wash it to get it out. Sadly it didn’t come out. Wasted my money as I won’t wear it. No quality check done on this before shipping to me which is annoying it was a Christmas present.

I received an item which clearly had a stain of some sort on i contacted them straight away as this was a gift,it takes a few days for them to acknowledge the email and the issue stating could be the pre dye etc and may come out in 1st wash.This is not acceptable they dud ask if want a replacement ir refund to which i replied to and im still waiting a response.This was a gift for my husband birthday which is now gone.If i had seen some of the reviews i would not have ordered the communication is very poor.

I ordered a custom printed t-shirt and it came very quickly. However, a bit of fluff was caught in the print and fell off leaving a hole in the print. I emailed customer service and the lovely Lydia replied promptly, apologised and sent off a new t-shirt to be printed ASAP. Given how busy this time of year must be for them, I can't fault their customer service and service in general! My new t-shirt just arrived and it's absolutely perfect! I will definitely use Shirtbox again!

P.s if you want to contact them, you just need to reply to your order confirmation email, it's not a no-reply email!

1st time buying from Shirtbox. I saw their advert on Facebook & liked their variety of t-shirts so bought 1 during the Black Friday period for a birthday present. I was amazed how quickly, my order was processed and shipped out with days.
Very good customer service from when they receiving my order to shipping it - cannot fault them. Fingers crossed he likes it.

Ordered a t-shirt and received a confirmation saying they expect it to be delivered 3-6 December, checked my order and they haven't even posted it yet and now saying expected 6-11 December. There is absolutely no way of contacting the company on their website. Completely ridiculous.

Fast delivery T-shirts lovely communication excellent

I was pleased to receive the t-shirt promptly but on opening found it was not the one I ordered. It looked great quality but not he right design. I immediately wrote an email saying this and I received a reply the next day saying they could see they had made a mistake and that I could keep the t-shirt that was sent and they will send the right one promptly. I couldn't ask for more, great company and t-shirts and will recommend to others.

I’ve ordered from this company before, the T-shirts are really good quality and delivery is always within a few days. My order this year appears to have been lost but the extremely kind folk at Shirtbox are sending me a replacement. Amazing customer service!

Paid extra to make sure the item arrived on time. It didn't arrive until after the date stated for standard postage. No contact details on their website so I emailed an address found on google - no response! Phone number on google is also unobtainable. Fortunately the item was as described, as it looks like I would have been stuck with it had it not been. Wouldn't risk using them again.

Had my first order from you , well impressed , will defo be ordering again, and recommending you to family and friend, .

Really pleased with my first order from Shirtbox.
The process of ordering to receiving the T shirt for my grandson was seamless,professional and efficient .
I ordered a light blue T shirt and was especially pleased that the quality of the fabric is good and especially, the light blue colour is a pleasing almost duck egg blue and not the cheap glaring colour so common these days .
Highly commend !

My t shirts arrived this week. They were a day later than I expected, but was surprisingly impressed with the quality and the fit was spot on.Would definitely order from Shirtbox in future.
