I’m absolutely delighted with Sherpr’s service from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company so efficient, proactive, and genuinely committed to ensuring the customer is happy without needing to chase for updates. I recently moved some belongings from Gibraltar to the UK, and although there was a slight delay due to FedEx, Marie kept me informed at every stage. She consistently emailed me updates, contacted depots on my behalf, and did everything she could to take the stress off my shoulders and make sure my parcels arrived as quickly as possible.
Marie has been fantastic, and the entire Sherpr team has been outstanding..offering excellent customer service, great efficiency, and competitive pricing. I wouldn’t consider shipping with anyone else in the future. I’ve used other companies before, but none come close to the level of service Sherpr provides.

Avoid this company at all cost.

First, they are not the actual shipping company, they work with Fedex and hence have no clue on where your goods are. If the goods get lost along the way, you are not getting any response from the team as they just don’t pick up the phone and are answering mails only if you threaten them. My goods took them 4 weeks to deliver, were extremely damaged when they arrived and no compensation was given.

Second of all, the Company overcharges customers and uses bad tactics like not answering when your goods are damaged, lying about goodwill, lying about being able to match prices, etc.

I have never had a more frustrating experience in my lifetime and advise everyone against them. The company also actively tries to delete negative Trustpilot reviews.

Tried to charge my wife’s account additional fees without her consent which would have doubled the price of shipment. Do not recommend.

Everything went as planned for our move from Seattle to Poland. Would absolutely use again. The team was also very supportive when our items got stuck in customs and they pushed to get them released. A very good experience!

From the start, getting a quote through I received my shipment, I had a great experience shipping my belongings due to relocation. They were quick to give me a quote after. I was surprised the price was cheaper than I would ship by freight forwarder by sea (I guess there’s no docking fee and related expenses). Sherpr partner with FedEx. My shipment arrived in 4 days (earlier than I arrived my destination). They were very responsive throughout the entire process.

Very fast delivery. Tremendous support by the staff. Price is unbeatable. And the reliability of FedEx!!!

This service was super easy and very efficient. This was the easiest and a cheaper alternative to excess baggage from the UK to Qatar. Two suitcases were collected and delivered to Qatar with no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this service and will use again, if required.

I have been using Sherpr for years to ship between Spain and the UK, and I have always been very happy with their service. They are attentive, professional and easy to communicate with.
This time, due to a medical emergency, I couldn’t be at home for the delivery. They kindly rearranged it within the agreed timeframe, which I really appreciated.

We recently moved from France to the US, and Sherpr made the process incredibly smooth. The team was very helpful and flexible — we booked our shipment just a few days before sending it, and the boxes arrived at our new home in less than a week!

There was a bit confusion at LHR parking but Jay was constantly contacting me and we met no problem. I was most impressed after the arrival to the destination. We had nearly 30 heavy, really heavy cases. We muddled up to get the door open for a while but Jay and his mate patiently waited. They could have unloaded them on the spot and walked away after the unexpected wait. However, they brought all of them into the lift in the flat. I don't know if they did it out of kindness and super professionalism but I was immensely impressed.

I cannot recommend this service. The delivery experience was significantly underwhelming, and despite having paid for the insurance add-on, my claim for damaged or lost items has not been acknowledged or processed. Multiple follow-up emails received no response.

To illustrate the issue, I was told:
“claims are taking 3–6 weeks on average, however, there is no limit to how long this might take as each individual case is different.”

This statement is contradictory and suggests there is effectively no defined process for claims at all. Based on my experience, the advertised insurance does not appear to be honoured, and there is a clear lack of accountability and transparency in how claims are handled. Potential customers should be aware of these issues before relying on the service or its insurance offering.

Damaged boxes and goods, and only 8/10 boxes delivered. The delay to get even those 8 was painstaking, and on arrival the boxes were absolutely destroyed. If a company cannot deliver boxes in decent condition then they should not be a public service. We paid every exorbitant penny and this is the service we received?! Absolutely unprofessional. Not worth the money. Find a company who can do their job, or at least take responsibility for their screw up. The audacity to say they provide 4.5/5 star quality services; own up to that statement.

My boxes arrived on time. Marie kept me informed and was very helpful and friendly. I have used Sherpr three times now (for relocation abroad) and would happily use them again.
