I had a very nice and transparent experience with Sherpr.

Joe Prince, my sales agent, was very patient with me and gave me all available information needed. He was very honest and very quick on our email communications.

Marie from customer support was also very attentive and responsive to my queries and made sure to keep track of my shipment, even updating me when things got cleared thru customs.

Overall, for being my first time shipping 4 big boxes from the US to Europe, my experience with Sherpr was very easy, smooth and pleasant.

Website easy to use with clear instructions and labelling. Very reasonable price. Collection and delivery efficient and on time. Good communication and tracking prior to, during and after delivery.

Awful. I had a larger shipment than a just a suitcase, I was shipping a PC/workstation and some boxes internationally. When I reached out for a quote and began setting up the shipment, they were responsive and friendly. When I had my PC ready they took days to reply. When they did they told me my package was too large so it would be treated as freight increasing the price 500%. On top of that I had asked them specifically about this exact criteria and was told a cliff line that did not exist, prices increased linearly with size or weight which ever is more. WRONG!

Had they replied in a timely manner (24 hours or so) I could have re-crated it over the next few days. But instead my PC is sitting in storage waiting to be shipped with the rest of my posessions. I had a strict time constraint so I was left with no alternatives. I could have taken the other boxes on the airplane with me in checked luggage which would have been so much simpler.

In short this company cost me a lot of money, and gave me a massive and unnecessary headache with no gain at the end.

I shared everything with them in an email while this was going on and got a very sternly worded letter about how this is not typical blah blah blah. Made no difference on my end. It was only lip service.

This is a freight forwarder disguised as a tech company. Just use a regular freight forwarder, there are a million of them. They all ship through fedex, ups, DHL.

Not having had to ship small packages from abroad to UK before, I was rather hesitant having read some pretty negative comments about some agents.
Fortunately I chose Sherpr and they have been absolutely brilliant, with personal help and thorough professional advice, particularly from Joana and Joe. I cannot recommend them highly enough - well done!

Wonderful service, takes the stress out of travelling especially if going by train.

Fantastic experience with Sherpr! The whole experience was managed by the extremely capable and profesional Relocation Expert Joana Batista, whose efficiency, speed and friendliness were exceptional. She answered all our queries promptly, and made the move completely stress free. Even though our move was over the Christmas period, everything was done on time and exactly to schedule.
I highly recommend Sherpr, and we will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Joana and all the Sherpr team!

My daughter's suitcase went missing, no help from the company. Avoid at all costs , there are plenty of alternatives.

Sherpr is really great service. I would like to thank Joana who responded my every mail to help me with the quote and the shipment. I would like to thank also Sammy and Marie from support team for keep pushing Fedex team to deliver my packages. I had bad experience with Fedlex Lyon, however overall experience was good.

Worked fine, no surprises, boxes arrived in one piece.

Very help chat session though I missed the bit about the customs forms. FedEx were true to their word and delivered the package on time. I am very pleased with this service and will use Sherpr again next year. Recommended

Excellent service and fast service

Great customer service from Marie, but poor operational planning. I want to highlight that Marie was a genius and provided excellent support throughout the process. However, the delivery itself was very tedious. They did not foresee the amount of paperwork required, which caused significant delays. My shipment did not arrive on time, and because of this lack of foresight, I am now left with a new problem to solve.

great response time to questions from "real" people who cared. the shipment was elivered on-time at a very reasonable cost. i have been shipping gods internationally for 30 years & SHERPR is simply the best. just amazing!

Great service from Sherpr. Marie and Joana were fantastic all the way through the process from adding more boxes before collection to the tracking and chasing up on the delivery. Not easy relocating from one county to another, they were very supportive. Would recommend and use again! Thank you!

Sherpr is nothing but a portal to Fedex with no actual follow-through or further responsibility. I had a terrible experience trying to use the service between Paris and Amsterdam this year. On Thursday Nov. 6, I booked a pickup at my Paris hotel for the next day. On Friday, I took the Eurostar to Amsterdam, but later learned from the Paris concierge that my bags had not been collected. When they still had not been collected by the following Tuesday, I had to cancel the service, take the train BACK to Paris and hire a car service to return to Amsterdam with the bags myself. A whole day wasted, plus a useless round trip on the Eurostar for me and my wife. Not to mention the cost of the car service! In the meantime, I had multiple contacts with Sherpr over their chat line (the only way to reach them) resulting in profuse apologies, promises that further "attempts" would be made to get my bags, etc. All to no avail. It took several weeks to get a refund as well. I would not use this service again - if I had known they were simply Fedex in disguise I wouldn't have tried them in the first place, but that fact is hidden on the Eurostar website where I was first offered the service, making it appear that it's part of Eurostar. It is not. Never again.
