VORSICHT! Gut, wenn man erst die Bewertungen hier liest und sich die Bestellung bei Shapshe erspart!
Leider, bin ich, wie viele andere auch, hereingefallen. Die Größen sind nicht auf den europäischen Markt zugeschnitten. Trotz drei (!) Nummern größer, leider keine Chance in die Kleidung zu passen.
Habe die Retour beantragt und innerhalb eines Tages Rückmeldung erhalten. Es wurden sporadisch Prozente angeboten, wenn man die Ware behält. Leider gibt es nur eine Rücksendeadresse in China, das bedeutet hohe Versandkosten. Weiterhin wurde mir mit der höheren Wahrscheinlichkeit beim Zoll hängen zu bleiben und dementsprechend Steuern zahlen zu müssen, gedroht.
Das nenne ich gepflegt hereingefallen!

The quality is extremely poor
The quality is extremely poor — cheap fabric, nothing like the pictures, but the price is as high as Zara. Totally not worth it.
Return is a trap: although the package looks shipped from Germany, you must return to China at your own cost (around 40€). And even then, refund is not guaranteed — they can refuse it at customs or claim it’s “not resellable”. In that case, you lose both money and product.
If you order two sizes (e.g. S and M) just to try, you are stuck with both, because sending one back costs more than the dress itself.
Customer service only offers 5–10€ “compensation” for a 124€ order.
Save your money and avoid this shop. Better to buy directly from China if you want cheap quality. Absolutely NOT recommended.

If I could give them no stars I would. I paid $25 extra for express shipping. I still have not received my package and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and they offered 30% off as if I would ever purchase from them again. I keep reaching out to customer service to get an update on my order and no one responds. If you don’t like getting the runaround or ignored save your money and purchase elsewhere.

Man kann nichts problemlos zurücksenden, und wenn doch, muss man die kompletten Kosten inklusive Zollgebühren selbst tragen. Absolute Frechheit! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Jetzt habe ich zwei Hosen hier, die absolut schrecklich aussehen, einen miserablen Schnitt haben – und soll dafür 100 € zahlen?! Nie wieder!

Absolut unseriöser Handel.
Das Produkt kam zwar schnell an, aber der Rest lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Nach zwei E-Mails hab ich noch immer keine Adresse für den Rücksand bekommen.
Das Produkt selbst ist unbequem und unstabil gewesen. Das ist ebenso ein Problem vom Kunden, daher wird die Rücksendung nicht übernommen. Ich bezweifle, dass es einen Grund gibt, weshalb die Rücksendung übernommen wird.
Und selbst eine Rezession kann nicht erstellt werden, weil man ohne Namen und E-Mail Adresse nichts schreiben kann. Natürlich wird die Rezession geprüft und man nimmt sich das Recht heraus die Kunden zu kontaktieren.
Das war eine teure Erfahrung.
An Unprofessionalität kaum zu übertreffen.

Super Shapewate
Bisher hat immer alles gut geklappt - auch wenn die Ware aus China kommt. Aber ich hab nie besser Shapeware gehabt und bestelle nun schon zum 4 Mal oder so - nicht weil die Ware nicht hält, sondern weil sie mir schlicht zu groß geworden ist, da ich abnehme! Absolut betrügerische Firma
Absolut betrügerische Firma. Es ist fast unmöglich etwas zurückzuschicken und wenn, muss man die Kosten (über 40€) selbst übernehmen. Letztendlich wurde die Annahme verweigert und mein Paket wurde mir wieder gegen 10€ Zollgebühr zurückgesendet. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort nie etwas zu kaufen.

Finger weg!! Nicht nur das die Qualität zu den Preisen mehr als unterirdisch ist wird einem die Rücksendung der Ware beinahe unmöglich gemacht. Der Kundenservice ist einfach nur frech. Es wird einem geraten einfach nochmal zu bestellen mit ein wenig Rabatt. Weil die Rücksendung nach CHINA erfolgen muss. Auch könnte man nicht dafür garantieren sein Geld dann zurück zu bekommen weil es "wahrscheinlich" wäre das der Zoll die Waren dann behält. Nie wieder etwas dort bestellen !!!!

I have to add my frustrating experience with this company! I ordered without checking for negative reviews and also didn’t realize that the item would ship from China.
When I received the item, it didn’t fit and was not soft and comfortable as they described in the ad for it.
But when I tried to return it, I got the same runaround that others have, at first offering a 25% discount in a future purchase (which will never happen!) and then, after several email exchanges, all they offered me was a $10 refund on a $47 item.
Very frustrating experience. Will not ever purchase from them again

Pathetic
Pathetic - the purchase was wrong and they refused to honor the refund published on their sites. Here in their own words:
"If you send it back, there will be a higher possibility it will be stuck in customs and there is tax fee needs to be paid."
So - they know in advance there is no real way to return an item. They have a detailed return page, and immediately when you contact them they explain they want to give you a 20% discount on NEXT purchase. They KNOW it's effectively impossible to return because (again) in their own words:
"We are so sorry that our warehouse is in China, so we can only provide you with a Chinese return address. If you send it back, there will be a higher possibility it will be stuck in customs and there is tax fee needs to be paid. "
