Dod not buy any products from them ypu will loose you money
After my package was returned and destroyed, I was informed that no reshipment or refund was possible.
Now, after leaving this review, the company contacted me offering to resend the item only if I delete my review and pay an additional $30 shipping fee.
Conditioning a solution on removing an honest review and asking for more money after the package was destroyed is unacceptable and feels like coercion.
I paid in full, never received the product, and this situation should have been resolved with a refund — not pressure to silence customer feedback.
I am sharing this so other customers can be aware and make informed decisions. This company want me to delete the review, and want me to pay 30 dollar to send package back, after they say it was destroyed they basically stealing money from customer,

Please do not order anything from Shapshe, they are a Scam. I placed an order and inputted my address correctly but the address printed on the shipping label was incorrect, confirmed by USPS. This caused my item to be sent back to their facility.
I emailed their customer service requesting a refund since their return policy on their website states they have a 30 day return policy for unused items. They first suggested I try to pickup the item from USPS even though it’s now back in California. I replied I’m from another state, I cannot pick it up. They replied back:
The package will be destroyed upon return, therefore we cannot offer you a refund or arrange for redelivery. We are willing to give you 20% discount for your next order as a compensation.
May I have your opinion?

Schlechte Rückgabebedingungen
Ich kann nur raten da nicht zu bestellen, da ihr keine Chancen habt eure Ware günstig zurück zu schicken.Auf der Internetseite ist es nicht wirklich ersichtlich,wie die Rückgabebedingungen sind,das man die Kosten nach China selber tragen muss.Ich hatte vorher mitgeteilt wie meine Maße sind, gefragt ob mir die S der Länge her passt.Ob es länger Größen gibt.Nur kurze Antwort S ist 103 cm.Naja und die Hosen haben auch eine ander Form wie abgebildet,statt eng anliegend,sehr unförmig,locker.Also keine Hose hat gepasst.Jetzt ist es sehr ärgerlich,da ich beide Hosen zurück schicken muss und selber die Kosten tragen soll.Ich ärger mich sehr über diese Erfahrung,werde da nie wieder bestellen!!!

😠 STAY AWAY! Inaccurate Sizing, Shady Return Policy, and Wasted Money
Do NOT buy from this company! My experience was terrible and they are not worth your hard-earned money.
I ordered a 2XL pair of pants for my wife, who typically wears a US size XL. The garment received was clearly sized incorrectly—it was closer to a US Medium. Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate and misleading.
When I contacted customer service to arrange a return, they repeatedly refused to provide a proper resolution. Instead of accepting the return for a refund, they kept offering a meager 10% discount on a "next purchase." This felt like a push to make me waste more money on their faulty products.
Finally, they provided the return address, but with a major catch: they warned that I would be responsible for the high cost of international shipping to China and would also be liable for an "import tax." This made a fair refund impossible to obtain.
This company is shady, their product sizing is false, and their return policy is designed to discourage customers from getting their money back. Stay away!

Although the site advertises returns accepted, I was advised that I would have to ship the items to China. I did not realize the shipment was initiated in China until I inquired about the delay in receipt. Customer beware of returning items that are ordered from a Chinese company.

Achtung, Hände weg! Der schein trügt, trotz des auf den ersten Blick hochwertig wirkenden Shops handelt es sich um billigste Waren aus China. Die größen weichen stark vom erwartbaren ab, die Verarbeitung ist grauenhaft. Waren können nicht problemlos zurück gesendet werden Sondern auf eigene Kosten nach China inklusive Zoll, hoher lieferkosten und Steuern die man dann bezahlen muss. Der Support ist absolut nicht hilfreich. Ich kann jedem nur sehr abraten dort einzukaufen. Leider habe ich das nicht vorhandene Impressum nicht vorab bemerkt und gleich gewusst, dass es sich um eine unseriös handelnde Firma handelt.
Nachtrag: Auch wenn shapeshe in der nachricht hier behauptet es gäbe ein Impressum: es gibt keines. Auch auf deren Seite "Firmeninfo" steht kein Impressum, keine Adresse oder Firmensitz, kein Hinweis darauf, dass der Sitz in China ist.

Qualität ist nicht vorhanden, bei einer shapewear die nicht shaped! Die Cups sind auch zu klein, alles in allem einfach nur schlecht. Der Kundendienst zwecks Rücksendung ist zwar schnell und soweit freundlich aber bei einer Bestellung von 100€ lohnt sich die Rücksendung nicht! Die Kosten wären höher! Bitte, wo gibts denn sowas! Es ist die schlechte Qualität die einen zur Rücksendung zwingt also müssten die auch die Kosten übernehmen.

I ordered two faux leather skirts (USP53028) from the company that were described as PU Leather, but when I received them the packaging said polyester, spandex and cotton material. The worst part is they did not have any lining in them, period. I am conversing with a customer service agent trying to get the return information (China). Even though their return policy states that I will not be responsible for return shipping cost if there are issues with their garments, currently they are only offering me a 15% credit. I should have done my homework first, lesson learned. Hopefully, my mistake will prevent someone else reading this review from ordering from this company. BE AWARE IF HEADS ARE CHOPPED OFF IN ADS.

Leider muss ich mich den anderen Käufern anschließen. Eine unkomplizierte Rücksendung nach 30 Tagen ist unmöglich. Man nimmt Kontakt auf und wird mit 10% Rabatt abgespeist. Will man diesen nicht in Anspruch nehmen und behaart auf eine Rücksendung aufgrund schlechter Qualität (Chinaware) und falscher Passform (viel zu groß) bekommt man den Hinweis, das man in diesem Fall alle Kosten selbst übernehmen muss und diese teuer werden können.
Auf der Internetseite ist nicht erkennbar, das die Bekleidung aus China kommt. Für mich der absolute Betrug da man hier laut Seite denkt, es ist eine Deutschland bzw. Eu-ansässige Firma. Ich werde diese Seite auf jeden Fall an den entsprechenden Stellen prüfen lassen und auch melden-

US buyers beware. All sales are final because shipping back is the consumers responsibility if “return is caused by consumer” and it costs more to ship back than the item costs. Size runs small and wrong size falls under the “return caused by consumer.”

Very disappointed experience
My experience with Shapshe was honestly terrible. I bought two items and both were completely the wrong size. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping me, they basically told me I was out of luck. Their exact message was that it’s “impossible” to return the merchandise because they are in China, so I have to keep the products even though they don’t fit my body.
This is unacceptable. If a company sells internationally, they should have a real return or exchange policy, not just take your money and leave you stuck with items you can’t use. It feels like a scam. The quality didn’t match the price, the sizing was off, and the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional.
I highly recommend avoiding this company. Save your time, money, and frustration — shop somewhere that actually respects customers and stands behind what they sell.

Die Rücksendungen sind schwierig und nicht erwünscht. 18 mal ging es per Email hin und her und ständig wurde ein Rabatt und anderweitiger Blödsinn angeboten.Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten nach China wird teuer.
Werden dort definitiv nie mehr bestellen!
