Everything was perfect from start to finish. No issues. Great customer service. Dean was brilliant. Always kept me updated regarding my delivery sorted out My extended warranty sent the paperwork over to me. I'm very very happy. Great experience. Great communication. Great service.

Great Service
Amazing service after the diffculty looking and choosing a TV saw that they were doing it cheaper than Amazon and would also provide fitting and installation ....all contact with them felt personal , proffesional and catered for my requirments so thanks for everything Alan ,Dean , and Ross especially for a brilliant job mounting the TV and accessories can not reccomend them highly enough

Exceptional service from a local firm
We recently dealt with Dean and his staff when we were buying a new tv and sound equipment for a tv wall we were having built. From our first enquiries in the shop to our equipment being installed (and explained to us😁), the customer service has been exceptionally good. It's been so nice to deal with people who go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy....and we've been delighted to be able to give our business to a local firm. Well done Dean, Alan and Ross!

Really fast service
Ordered my item on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Friday morning. That is the fastest delivery from Britain to Northern Ireland I've experienced!
