Awful Customer Service and extremely rude
Awful Customer Service and extremely rude. The bag I ordered arrived damaged - it had loose stitching inside and there were some scratches on the hardware. I initially emailed via the website and got a quick response, (about the only positive of my experience with them!) for which they asked for photographic evidence. Although over a week later (still well within my 30 days of being entitled to return as faulty), I forwarded the photos to prove the damage. The responses I received were extremely rude, and condescending - telling me I only paid x amount for the bag, mocking my use of the word "hardware" etc etc - and the author of the emails didn't even sign their name at the bottom (no wonder!) despite asking for their name on three separate occasions. They offered a measly refund of £25 on a bag that cost £540 and completely ignored the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am now filing a complaint with the Ombudsman. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Great service. Somewhat difficult to understand payment options, there is no direct option to pay by credit card for a non-UK resident, so I paid by CC through the paypal service. Goods great and delivery at the door.

Not happy with the cost of return.
When I received the product, the item was larger than I thought. It didn’t look good on me, I wanted to return it.
Such a rubbish service they want me to return it to Italy which is expensive with tracking cause the item is expensive. I only gave them 1 star cause the delivery came quick. This means the item was in the UK.

It's really clear on our returns policy that if the item was faulty, defective or you were sent the wrong item we would take care of returns fee, otherwise we wouldn't as the clear choice is made from the customer's mistake of not checking the dimensions in the description as well as expecting a crossbody bag, when clearly it was backpack.
