But upon further look-up, you have already been informed that DHL is investigating this as you provided a completely different address to where you live. Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Brought a pair of trainers which was listed in the men’s section above the sizes it said unisex size chart which isn’t a thing I selected my size in US size 9.5 which is a Uk 8.5 I received the trainers turns out the trainers are a women’s size 9.5 which works to be a men’s 7.5. The site doesn’t work well on a phone and speaking to customer service and also the ceo is useless they said I had to pay to ship my return back to Italy from the uk which works out to being around £25. If you would like to see how poor and childish the customer service is just have a look at the response they make to bad reviews

We are sad to see that you weren't satisfied with our customer service. Upon checking on the issue, it seems that you ordered trainers in the Women's US Size Chart and confused it with Men's US Size Chart.
Everything relevant to the product was included in the product description, including the product being based on US Women'S Size Chart as well as the Size Chart popup that is very clear about the sizing conversion.
We also sent you return instructions. We believe the info@sendegaro.com is not the CEO's contact address, we refer that you contact the correct individuals and reference your experience legtimately :)
