I had no issues with sending off my old laptop, there was no change to the price once they had recieved it, which I've had with other companies buying my old tech. It was sent off and recieved real quick and I recieved my payback the same day!

Efficient and easy to use service. The company kept me informed by email of their activity (safe receipt of laptop, checks being carried out and then transfer of money). Money was transferred into account within 1 week of sending the laptop. The laptop I sent across was quite old and this was one of the very few companies that would provide a decent quote for it. I would recommend to others

Excellent service! Received a good quote for my laptop, better than other websites. I also wanted to use SYL over a website like musicmagpie because I’ve only ever had trouble with them. I realised before sending that I couldn’t remember my password and was locked out of my laptop. I didn’t think I’d be able to get anything for it at that point so I contacted SYL who said they thought they would still be able to gain access. I sent the parcel hoping they would take it. Parcel received and same day I received full payment into my bank account! Really happy! Thank you! I will definitely use again when time to recycle my next laptop!

I sent my laptop to them as there price was best of all quotes I received, they however identified a fault with my speaker which I was not aware of, as my laptop was still under warranty recommended I get it repaired first and if I still wanted to sell, get back in touch, they were open, honest and transparent about everything and i would highly recommend going to this company above others, they spent time and effort trying to help me before advising me on next steps and did not charge me anything. If you have a laptop to sell, go to these guys they are too notch. As soon as my laptop is repaired I will be returning.

Very positive experience. It's my second time using this service and again it was very easy to go through the whole process. The webpage ang navigation are very user friendly, then you send your laptops in a package via post for free, and voila - check your bank account. I have just recently sold my good old laptop and two very used and damaged laptops. All were accepted without any issues. Highly recommended!
