Extremely pleased with the overall experience. Price quoted (good price), was price given. Very easy process, dealt with Steve D at Sutton Coldfield branch, who was very friendly and efficient (payment processed quickly). All done and dusted in less than an hour. I would highly recommend.

I'm not sure that I got the best price but I value clarity and certainty. I took my car in, it was inspected, we haggled then agreed a price. I handed over the keys and documents, they notified DVLA and paid the agreed price by bank transfer that day. Friendly and no nonsense service from Graeme - I would recommend.

The whole experience was easy
The whole experience was easy. The price I got for my car was lower than the quote but seemed fair once the reasons for the deductions were explained. I walked away happy with what was offered and the money was in my bank within 2 hours. Graeme was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company
