Great people to rent from. Staff was awesome!!

Not sure this company has received so many 5 star reviews.. We rented our units just over a year ago after the loss of a family member. We needed a safe place to store their possessions. We got in with a deal for $30 a month. Since then, they’ve raised the price 3x!!! In one year! Then they claimed to need to do maintenance and cut our locks!! Then charged us for the cost of the locks and for having to cut them!! Even though we informed them we were out of town and couldn’t let them in with 3days notice! Awful company. Will never use their services again.

The website is user friendly and it was a very easy and painless process to select a unit and complete the rental.

Horrible experience. Beware before renting here. The customer Service number provided to call for assistance does not work. You email and get no response. A lock was place on my storage unit and then taken off. You receive no call back.

Easy to get to and the people I have spoken with rose and Ava have been fantastic help me with anything I need. Thank you both for your time that you take with me.
