Never again
Decided to give this company a second chance as I really liked their seedbars.
I used their HAPPYEASTER code for
20 % off. But I was charged full price & the company hasn't responded to 3 emails . ( no other way of contacting them) . Also bars are completely different. Wint be using this company again.

I’ve had no reply to queries. My last 24hr delivery seemed not to be happening after 9 days so I requested a chargeback. It was then sent. I was hoping to have some contact from the company but, so far, still nothing…

So much for supporting small businesses. I would not buy from them again.
shipping very long 7 to 10 days if not more
I ordered the Heart of Nature bread, The website says 2-3 days delivery. They charge almost £5 and I got the bread 11 days after placing the order. I emailed them twice or 3 times but no reply. Its my second order, first was maybe 7 days but this time its a joke. They also removed one slice, its8 now instead of 10
Wrong delivery, no replies to communication
Nb ‘seedful’ are also trading under ‘heart of nature’. I received two deliveries of the heart of nature bread without problem. I love the bread so I signed up for the subscription. Unfortunately, I received 6 x seedful loaves (4slices each) rather than 6x heart of nature bread (8slices each). What I received is cheaper than what I paid for too. I contacted them through every suggested way and no response at all. I had to cancel my subscription and will not be buying anymore. It’s a shame because it’s great bread, just rubbish customer service.

I have ordered around £400.00 worth of goods more then two years ago hasn’t arrived yet. I sent how many emails no respond. Such a shame.
Nothing has arrived after a month of waiting!
What a shame - a good product. Last time I ordered, it took a long time to deliver. Then after approximately a month of waiting, a more recent order still hasn’t arrived. I tried a scam check and found a group of unhappy customers and apparently the company has gone into administration! Here's hoping that the order will arrive one day soon…! I loved the bread!

The most priceless bit is they sent an e mail blaming Royal Mail at the weekend with an offer of 50% off of a further order which is just insane seeing as the order will clearly never arrive! Poor all round.

I have ordered from Seedful before
I have ordered from Seedful before, and although I was very pleased with the product, my order took two weeks to arrive. I’ve ordered again 14/9, and I’m still waiting! I have contacted Seedful via their website over a week ago. No response! According to the reviews, It looks as though I’m one of many! I will contact my bank and the ombudsmen.
Unfulfilled order
I have ordered from them for a while. Have experienced non delivery once before. Eventually they did respond to an email and they got the order sent. I ordered again and now I'm needing to email them again. Need this rectifying and will go via my bank if needed.

The company appears to have gone into administration but it’s still allowing orders to go through on the website.
I’d always had good service up until now. My latest order was never delivered. No response from customer services either.
Thankfully I paid via Paypal so was able to get a refund.

As other reviewers have found, this company is dreadful. My order hasn’t arrived and they haven’t responded to emails. I wish I’d checked Trustpilot first. I’ll warn everyone to avoid these grifters.

AVOIDing Heart of Nature from now on. I ordered the offer of 6 loaves of Heart of Nature bread on Heart of Nature website, money taken, supposedly dispatched same day, Royal Mail still expecting their parcel 9 days later. No reply to emails, no number to call!
Disappointing and unlawful
We contacted Seedful via email in May to organise a large delivery to where we live. The email was responded to immediately and first impressions seemed very positive. We were in touch regularly with someone claiming to be a Seedful manager and upon payment for the order we awaited news of the tracking and shipment. Back and forth about the shipment went on for several months but to this day we never received confirmation of the tracking. Emails sent to customer services started to bounce and the seemingly helpful manager kept giving us different excuses to justify the delay in processing our refund. To date no refund has been processed, despite waiting for months. After reading these reviews it is clear there is a serious problem.
DONT ORDER awful company
After a previous bad experience a few years ago, I was tempted to try again but wish I hadn't wasted my money. Brought 6 packs in a flash sale and 2 x packs already moldy and dated until 12/25.
I have emailed company but no reply ..... why did I expect anything different after last time of no communication with an order issue.
Order not received
Order not received and according to Royal Mail tracking, the item has not been received yet. I have tried contacting 4 times today and on each occasion my email is returned with ‘server error’, even when I use the links on their website. I then read the reviews on Trust Pilot and realise I may have been scammed.

I mistakenly decided to give this appalling co another chance - BIG MISTAKE - within a month all the bread (6 packets) has all blown - emails returned from the company…..no way to contact them. Am reporting them to trading standards….AVOID!
