I’ve had my veneers since march 2020 coming up to 3 years now! I can’t live without them. These are by far the best veneers around! Please don’t be fooled by the competitive brands you see around. I got these veneers as I was soo insecure about my teeth and having just had my son my teeth had been in a terrible state. As Covid has hit no one could get a dentist appointment and there was literally nothing that could if been done, I saw SV several times online but you hear such mixed reviews. I decided anything was better from what I was already going thru…I bit the bullet and made my order done my moulds and have never looked back! These are fantastic! An absolute god send. I’ve had several compares just to compare the thin and standard, I prefer the standard in my honest option. I’d like to add, SV can cover ALL missing teeth if you use the poligrip clear paste. They look soo natural and so comfortable to wear. I’ve been complimented loads and asked how I got my teeth soo white. I wear a shade A2!.
For those who are still skeptical, I’d say defo give them a try you will not be disappointment.

Customer service has always been fast and efficient. When I got my first set, I wasn’t 100% satisfied but they worked with me until I got the look that I wanted. Always get compliments on my smile and I will always tell everyone where I got it from because they’ve given me confidence in my teeth and smile that I’ve never had.

#8593 order with secret veneers but the impression kit they sent me was small and I have send them lots of emails to send me a large one or better but no answer.. definitely don't care for your customers. Disappointed

I purchased veneers...decided that I longer want them. I returned an unopened box, exactly the way it was received. No contact from the company. No one has returned my SEVERAL emails. I'm now out $500cad 😞

I have used this company for a few years now and they Are absolutely the best at what they do, great communication amazing product and have given me a reason to smile

I have no reply after paying over £300 in June they will not respond to my emails and now seeking legal advice and action to get refund

I purchased the Standard BL1 set of veneers from Secret Veneers, I was so impressed with them I wanted to see what the difference would be with the Ultra Thin Veneers, I received these very quickly and they feel much thinner in your mouth but the service again was excellent, I have had friends place orders as I have no issue recommending them.

Secret veneers gave me a reason to smile bigger!
My smile has been my biggest insecurity since childhood. The company was diligent, patient, and they absolutely are true to their customer satisfaction guarantee.
The first set of impressions resulted in an incorrect fitment. They allowed me to send a second set, which gave a better result but still needed some touch ups. The 3rd set was perfect and I can't stop smiling now thanks to Secret Veneers.
Shipping does take a little longer if you're ordering internationally, but they are still on top of everything and I appreciated rhat James from the lab was always quick qith responses and keeping me updated via email!

Overall, definitely worth the investment!

Dear Secret Veneers,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service and communication I have received from your company. As a recurring buyer, I had always been satisfied with the quality of your products, but my recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down.

For weeks, I tried tirelessly to obtain a tracking number for my order. I sent numerous emails to a Lady Called Ella Carron Brown, but her responses were consistently delayed. Even when I had already attached the order number to my initial email, she still requested it again. Despite my patience and understanding, it took almost a week for her to finally respond after I provided the order number and a snapshot of the confirmation email. This lack of prompt and efficient communication was incredibly disheartening.

The reason I was so eager to receive the tracking number was because I live in a building where packages are frequently stolen. Having a tracking number would have provided me with peace of mind, knowing that I could ensure the safe delivery of my purchase by being home at the time. Unfortunately, it seems my concerns were not taken seriously, and I had to endure the stress of not knowing when my package would arrive.

To make matters worse, when I finally received the veneers, I was shocked by the decline in quality. The bottom veneers, which I had ordered before without any issues, fit horribly this time. They are incredibly uncomfortable, and I am unable to wear them for extended periods of time. I have a family reunion coming up, and I now have no choice but to endure the discomfort during the event.

As a result of this frustrating experience, I regretfully inform you that I will never again order from Secret Veneers. This was not the level of customer service and product quality I had come to expect as a loyal customer.

Allow me to share three reasons why a company needs to prioritize exceptional customer service:

1. Communication and responsiveness: Prompt and clear communication is essential for addressing customer concerns and providing updates. When responses are delayed or lacking, it leads to frustration and a breakdown of trust.

2. Customer satisfaction and loyalty: Consistently delivering high-quality products and services, as well as handling customer issues effectively, fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a returning customer, I expected the same level of quality and service, which unfortunately wasn't upheld.

3. Reputation and referrals: A company's reputation heavily relies on how well they handle customer service. Positive experiences generate word-of-mouth referrals, while negative experiences can tarnish a company's reputation. Maintaining a strong reputation is crucial for attracting new customers and fostering growth.

I hope you take my feedback seriously and consider improving your customer service practices. It is my sincere hope that Secret Veneers can learn from this experience and provide better support to future customers.

Was quite skeptical in the beginning due to the very fair price but it is just that.
Received the impression in under 48 hours and then the veneers came back within the month as stated. They keep you well informed.
The veneers themself are amazing exactly what I asked for people are constantly complementing me. Very easy to put in and out and they did everything I asked for.
They're amazing massive confidence boost!!!

I should have listen to my gut on this deal. Uhhg!! Returned impressions cost me $276 from wa state to UK. I paid extra for 24hr return once my impressions were recieved. I mailed on Friday they were delivered by Monday morning. I recieved veneers 18days later. Waste of money. Upon receiving the veneers were not as advertised I paid for super thin this were not. Nor did they fit. I have veneers from another company that fit perfect and these seemed plastic and cheap. I paid over $1000 us currency. After emailing the lab, I was asked to send pics which they could not see . I have brand new phone pics were excellent. I was then told after 8 days of emails to send them back at my expense. Cha-ching another $276 and they would remake. The entire reason I paid extra for quick product return was for my wedding. Not happening at their slow pace. And that's if they fit and I don't have to send back again. Honestly this is all to time consuming and costly. I've been requesting a refund due to false advertisement and not fitting w/ costly returns for 2 weeks and have not recieved a reply back. Ive emailed Ella carron, hello@secret and instagram. Nothing!! There 100% satisfaction guaranteed is non existent. I really just want my money back and put this 2 months of my life ill never get back behind me... secret veneers Please stop ignoring me.

Disgusting customer service, sent my impressions back 1st class recorded and signed for delivery over two weeks ago, emailed numerous times, with absolutely no reply. And shockingly no phone number to contact them
