I can’t thank this company enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! From the time I placed my order, then received my moulds and instructions which made it all very simple, to actually receiving my beautiful veneers it only took less than two weeks before I was smiling confidently again. I was really nervous when I placed my order back in November of 2023 because this company wasn't in the US. As time went by, I waited patiently until my impression kit came in. After doing the impressions, I sent them back and continued to wait. I was really looking forward to receiving them but was very disappointed when they had arrived. They didn't fit my teeth, they actually hurt when I would try to put them on because it was like I was forcing my natural teeth into the veneers. Wrote an email explaining what I needed fixed and sent them back. After doing several impressions over the course of 9 months they still couldn't get them right. After waiting for almost a year after placing my first order I had given up. It was costing me more money because I had to keep sending them back. I just didn't understand what was the problem and why it took so long to fix it. I don't have bad teeth, I just wanted a more whiter smile because my front teeth are permanently stained. What's even more frustrating is they don't offer a refund. They look huge on me, not flattering at all. I wouldn't recommend going through this company. I still don't have the veneers and I'm tired of waiting. Save your money and find a company here in the US.

If you are sitting on the fence regarding going for the secret veneers, as a ex dental nurse all I can say is absolutely go for it. I have a cracked veneer which I've become very self conscious. Before I took the plunge in getting this replaced and looking at new permanent veneers I had seen secret veneers and knew of a friend that had them and was shocked when I discovered these were a clip in system. I got the impression and easy to use and very well explained, received my set within a few days and they are now part of my uniform and COULD not go out in public without them. The amount of compliments I receive on a daily regarding my beautiful teeth all thanks to secret veneers. If you can afford to go for the super thins I would strongly recommend. Very happy with this company I use them for super thin b/1 clip ins- good quality work needing minimal adjustments, if any at all Customer service is also outstanding, someone always answers on Instagram/ fb straight away, prices very affordable and when I send in photos for shade match I got a perfect match to my bottom teeth.

I highly recommend this place for some one who might need clip in veneers within 48 hours. I had an emergency as I lost a front tooth on an accident when I was drunk! UPDATED REVIEW- a hit and miss

Customer service before buying is top notch. When received the first set I had a few issues, they were shaved too low across my teeth and hurt badly which was rectified after literally sending more than one email to the lab. I loved them and made a few posts which people became interested in buying, asking questions etc. The company promised a free set for a positive review on here which I did receive but with worst issues than the very first set I got. I was beyond disgusted. It felt like I received someone else's teeth. I reached out and my messages fell on death ears. Literally all what the other reviews were saying is what I got. The excellent customer service came with ignoring my messages. When I finally got an email from the lab they only said will send top arch instead of a top and bottom. I sent a follow-up email to let him know but no answer. Today after a week, I decided to send another email only to receive this message 'What is it that you are chasing?' Ordering with this company is a hit and miss. Some would be done properly maybe if you are an influencer to sell their product you will get perfectly done ones but other than that they refuse to admit that their lab techs fall short. They even tried to justify that maybe gum recession is the cause for the badly made free set I received. I even requested to pay for another impression as it seems that the first one have issues but it went ignored. I also have screenshots and photos of every interaction. They claim to send a free set until your issues are fixed but that's not the case. Is this company a scam? Read through all reviews for that answer but order with money you can afford to lose.
